“5/15/24 2 PM Wednesday LOCATION: Located on the corner of Clipper Drive and Old Bridge Road. It is connected to Coastal Wholesale Gas & Food. PURPOSE OF VISIT: Truck was shipped into state and before registering it with the DMV we had to get an emissions and inspection check. You need to pass both in the state of VA. TERMINOLOGY: (For those who have different guidelines in different states) EMISSIONS- involves testing gas emissions for the purpose of reducing air pollution. INSPECTIONS: Ensures that your vehicle meets safety and mechanical standards by law. We were a walk in, Mike took us right away. The truck passed emission test, failed inspection. BAD BRAKES. The hubster was in agreement with that so we left the car for him to fix. Mike also gave us options as far as taking it elsewhere or doing it ourselves . This made me feel like he just wasn't there to take our money. Location is convenient for us and it is one of the cheapest gas fills ( if paying by CASH) in the area right now.”

“We just recently moved from Delaware to Virginia, and on our way back Delaware for an important meeting, I had a flat tire. Luckily, I saw this Shell Gas Station with repair services. I spoke to the guy at the counter and asked if they can fix my flat asap because I have to drive back to Delaware for an important meeting. At first he said 45 mins but will see if there’s anything he can do. Went back to my vehicle and 2 mins after, a mechanic walked towards me and fixed my tire. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry that I wasn’t able to get the name of the guy, but hey, you got another customer because we moved 2 mins away from the shop. Thank you for being considerate.”

“I'm from out of town. Checked the coolant and it was low. Bought orange antifreeze instead of green. Add the orange then googled what might happen if it's mixed. Bad jujubees is what happens. Called Mervs, at 4:30, explained what I did. He said bring it over. Got there at 5:15. He pumped out the orange stuff and filled it with green stuff. All this for the price of a gallon of antifreeze. “FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before. Their shop being co-located with Wraps on Whips was very helpful in that I could take the car into one place to get a spoiler installed by FX Collision and the stripes installed by Wraps on Whips at the same time.”

“Full service automotive shop. Also specializing in off-road suspension and other upgrades for your vehicle to make it the most capable vehicle that it can be.
I know this because they recently did a Stage 2 plus ICON brand 2-inch lift on my 2017 Tacoma 4X4 Utility.
From the front office with Nat and George to the tech, Ryan who built the truck, the experience has been nothing but stellar. From the planning where they worked with what I envisioned, to the final build, they have been super accommodating with the scheduling and even completed the extensive work well within my timeline which was pretty much same day.
The follow up a few days later to iron out a small concern, was also handled with top priority where they further accommodated me at my request on a Friday within two hours. Anyone with any experience with a very in-demand business knows this is above and beyond the norm.
Exline kept me advised by text when my vehicle was checked-in, when it was assigned to a tech and when the work was completed with computer images as to the work performed and with graphic specs and even advised me how to pick up after hours if needed.
I will be bringing more business to them when we work out more details to make my truck the capable vehicle that I need in my retirement to the mountains in Virginia and Colorado. Thanks, Exline. You are an amazing group.”

In July 2024, I was in a no fault, low impact, front end collision with my 2020 Subaru Forester. The insurance company directed me to one of the network body shops for an estimate and subsequent repair (Shop 1). They replaced the hood, bumper and grill. After repairs were completed and the vehicle was returned, I took it to a Subaru autobody shop who reviewed their work (Shop 2). They detected the hood was misaligned, the hood latch was not closing evenly, the upper grill was not aligned, no hood heat insulator, and the paint on the bumper was "dry".

The vehicle went back to Shop 1 for corrective work. After Shop 1 returned the car, Shop 2 reviewed their work again and the issues were not corrected. I returned to Shop 1 two more times for corrective work. After the third visit, it was clear that Shop 1 was not in good faith attempting to repair the vehicle to pre-collision condition. Shop 1 and Shop 2 shop managers were in disagreement how to bring the vehicle to pre-collision condition.

I needed another independent professional auto body shop to review Shop 1's repair work. I was referred to Premier Collision Repair (PCR) by my Subaru dealer.

On September 30, Sebouh, owner of PCR, immediately made time to review my vehicle. It was brought into the shop, drove it into the bay, and several team members reviewed my vehicle.

The Premier team found the front bumper paint was dry and orange peel was apparent, paint was bubbling on the bumper from paint preparation, the hood had a poor refinish, it was dry and dirty, the hood and grill were misaligned and there was poor blending of the paint, and no attempt was made to match the bumper and hood paint to the side front panels. Additional damages that Shop 1 missed, were detected by Premier's shop technicians by peering through the grill -- a broken shutter, a damaged radiator bracket was pushed back and the tie bar was bent -- Unbelievable.

The insurance claim was escalated and approved for the corrective work at PCR.

The shop manager, Vick worked closely with the insurance company estimator and preparation of paperwork. He provided me constant updates as to the progress of my vehicle's repair. He welcomed all questions. He was quick to return calls and answer emails. He educated me on the repair process. I could not have been happier.

Sebouh was frequently checking in with me to make sure I was satisfied with the progress.

When the vehicle was returned to me, it looked like the day I drove it off the Subaru lot. I was so pleased!!

“I took my car towards the end of July and met John. He gave me great service for my old Toyota Sienna; he changed/replaced the catalytic converter and the muffler in 2.5 hours! The price for the service was very reasonable. When he was doing the service itself, he called me over so that he could explain and demonstrate in detail the conditions of each part that needed to be replaced, where the issue was, and why my engine light came on. I liked and appreciated this alot. He seemed to be a very honest person and I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Jr's Auto Solutions is great. Nice guys work there and they fixed my car pretty quickly. I had originally gone to another mechanic for my safety inspection, and they quoted me $1800 in repairs. I went to Jr's after he reached out to me via Facebook after I posted asking for recommendations for a second opinion on my inspection. When I showed up at this shop, he told me one of the "issues" the other shop found wasn't actually an issue. For the other two things I needed done, he quoted me less than half the cost of what the other shop wanted. An overall great place with honest employees and very fair pricing.”
