Return Policy gets an F- and Customer Service gets an F-. Tried to return a Christmas present, for one of my sons. This is an expensive Hover-1 (Kids Dream Eletric Self-Balancing Scooter). Unfortunately the product is defective and will not hold a charge. When trying to bring it back to Best Buy they will not a process a return, or an exchange because I am past the "extended holiday warranty" of January 16, 2022.Extremely disappointed that Best Buy won't stand by their product, and will not help out a customer. All they want to do is quote "store policy". I feel like an absolute fool for buying this product from Best Buy and will not make that mistake again. I recommend purchasing high end electronic toys from other retailers that have far more latitude and leniency when it comes to these types of issues.The days of understanding and putting the customer first are the in the rear-view mirror for Best Buy.

Drove 50 minutes to get here b/c they had the phones we wanted in stock. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable... way more than can be said about most Best Buys these days.Since turnover at a place like this is naturally high, your milage may vary... but we had a good experience.

I have not been in a store where the managers were ok with their staff to be disrespectful to customer. One of the managers Shaun has the IQ capacity of a third grade. He seems to not comprehend what customer service should be.

They attended to me on time, were patient in explaining and researching my problems offering remedies. He was able to fix my issues without me having to leave my laptop. Thank you Best But.

Absolutely terrible floor manager. Se has an attitude that definitely needs to be checked. I'm a long time BestBuy customer but no more. She refused to identify herself so that I can file a complaint. She also needs to be taught the difference between an "exchange" and a "refund". I've already sent a similar email to corporate as I wouldn't want others to have the same terrible experience as mine.

Had a great experience here in Dec. 2021 with Ashton and his manager @ the Geek Squad Desk whom assisted me with a mobile device I requested placed on hold while I drove from Maryland to the Leesburg, VA store. Exceptional service and made and avid Best Buy Shopper feel very accommodated. I will be sure to make a shopping trip here again soon.

Since COVID Phase 1 this store along with many other Best Buy stores have changed from what they used to be. Less staff, check out registers are moved usually to the Customer Service side, which also is the Geek Squad side. Luckily there are still plenty of options in terms of product. Customer service itself still exist, though at peak times it shows that the store is understaffed.

Horrible customer service!!! We are one of the Elite members, and buy from them often. Still don't get decent customer service. Both the managers Ronald and Jeff have an issue with everything. I don't know why Best Buy has hired many unprofessional people, looks like all the nice people are gone. If there was zero star option, I would click it. George and Muhammad were the only 2 helpful ones.

Its best buy. Most of the time, they have what you need, which is great, but being an avid Amazon shopper, its easy to see that best buys products are definitely more expensive. I hit up this best buy when I need something quickly.

We had an issue with Kurt who is one of Geek Squad managers because my husband bought an Accidental Protection Plan for his Canon 5d Mark IV DSLR. When we bought the camera, we were told that if we bought the Accidental Protection Geek Squad plan we could bring it in for anything and get either a same day replacement or a gift card to buy something else. This was purchased in 2018. Even though we showed Kurt the terms and conditions of that plan we purchased, he refused to do anything and said it had to be shipped out. We asked to speak to a store manager because that's not what was explained to us after spending over $450 for that plan and he said no one else was available and that he wouldn't do anything else. We physically showed him the terms and conditions of the plan we purchased and he still refused to do anything. Kurt insisted there was no upper management available to help us, however after asking another employee in the store to speak to a general manager they said they would reach out to Oscar who was an upper level manager. Magically, even though Kurt said they weren't available Oscar was. He helped to come up with a resolution that was satisfactory to us. While Kurt was no help and straight up lied to us, Oscar was very understanding and took care of us. We'll recommend this store because of Oscar's (General Store Manager) great customer service. Perhaps Kurt (Geek Squad Manager) could learn something from him and how Terms and Conditions work.
