sold me a 4tb hard drive that did not work then refused to refund me because they could not prove that that hard drive was the one i pursched becaus they could not see how much storge it had in BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY BROKE!!!!

Great service when picking up my preordered item. Parking lot was not plowed, almost ran into door n exit because they only unlocked the entrance.

Need more staff. Not a lot of direction or support like it used to be. I left on Christmas Eve, eve after I showed up at 9a.m. for opening to discover there was a "gas issue", yet all employees were entering and staying in building. Changed my entire plan for the day, come back and try to ask about Amazon products, waited and didn't get helped. Decided to just buy the product. ... Waited in line for 10 minutes and the line didn't move one customer. I set the $300 item on the shelf and left.

It is difficult to get any knowledgeable help on the floor. Poor selection. Items on sale are not in stock, but they couldn't get it in almost till Christmas. Picked up elsewhere, same night, in stock for $20 moreAlways a last resort, rather order online.

Customer service was atrocious and unwavering on their 2 week return policy. Selection of goods very limited. Value is no better than anyone else. Hurry and go out of business already. Buy on Amazon!

This place is a joke! Staff can't even direct me to the right department. Once I get help they don't even try to help me. I made an appt for an Apple service appt. This location at the Geek Squad desk is an authorized service center for Apple. Once I got my help they tell me my charger cod is not covered by Apple Care. But when I spoke to Apple support they told me it was covered. Either way, it wasn't worth arguing over. Not gonna go here again.

Showed up to buy an iPad. Have been waiting for 30 minutes since only two people were working the register area. One appears to be training the other but can't figure how to scan an item. We walked to the guy playing on his phone by the exit to ask for help but he had no interest and would not make eye contact. Watched several people walk out before us frustrated. I should have known after waiting 20 mins. Heading to Target and cancelling my Best Buy credit card.

It was great all I had to do was show them my email and they scanned my code in my email then I left with my purchase very easy.

This store is an absolute disaster for customer service. There are no employees on the floor and no registers open for in store purchases. They group you in now with online and returns which took us over 18 minutes to check out. Absolutely ridiculous.

Waited for a curbside pickup order for 10 minutes before going inside to pick it up. Figured they were busy, but 4 employees were all busy talking to each other up front.

A very nice looking best buy. Absolutely clean and the staff were very friendly. There were some boxes on the floor with some expensive items in them that were being unpacked in the game section that worried me a little but it was a very nice best buy. I'm glad to see one in the area.
