Bills in trailer & about an hour to unload.
Traffic coming from both directions when back off road as well as live railroad tracks.
** Very little room for error if another truck is in door but doable if you know what you’re doing.

Great place. No need to check in. Just place paperwork in the trailer, and back into any of the 3 empty docks they have. Taking HWY501 definitely gonna be a drag with all the tight turns and narrow roads.

As the owner of a gas station, I have been facing ongoing issues with my deliveries from Blue Ridge. Unfortunately, they are consistently late, and I have found that my sales representative, Aaron rarely makes any effort to assist me. It is incredibly frustrating because I am paying for these deliveries, yet I am not receiving them promptly or reliably.
Jason often leaves his cell phone off, making it nearly impossible to reach him when issues arise. Even when he does show up, he tends to just linger briefly before leaving without making any effort to resolve my concerns or arrange deliveries. This lack of professionalism and dedication is disheartening, and it raises questions about whether Blue Ridge genuinely values small businesses like mine.
The communication and teamwork appear to be nonexistent, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. It's disappointing to experience such poor service, and I would appreciate clearer communication regarding the status of my deliveries. Overall, this has been the worst experience I've encountered, and I hope to see improvements soon.

Kind of a pain to get into a door. Only 3. Make sure you come in the entrance opposite side of the doors. No drivers allowed inside. Road to get there is very narrow if following qc but doable. Open doors, put bills in back and back into any 1 of the 3 open doors. They’ll bring you bills when finished. Took ab 45mins for me. Nice but they need a better building and location.

To get to the docks, you turn left to go in the first driveway. Turn right and go in front of the building. Then turn right like you are leaving and back up to the docks. They unloaded me quickly.

Very friendly people and forklift driver was exceptional. Great guy, had me unloaded in 25 minutes. Full 53 ft trailer load of kegs.
