Worst customer service experience ever...hands down. I called on Thursday and ordered parts "overnight" for my wife's Jeep. The person I spoke with in the Parts Dept. took down my name and number and said that they would call on Friday when the parts arrived. Friday came and went. I called numerous times on Saturday morning and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone in parts OR service. Finally, I spoke with one of the sales people and they again took my name and number and we're going to personally hand it to "who I needed to talk to". It's now Sunday, and my wife's Jeep is still not repaired because I dont have the parts. I'll be contacting another Jeep dealership on Monday and drive a little further to get my parts. I'll never waste my time with CMA again. My advice to everyone else would be to do the same.
