$7 minimum balance fee every month. How many members are you charging. Cant afford to keep $1000 in your account….thats ok, we’ll just take another $7 from you and put your account in the negative.

Trash financial institution. I am sitting in my car unable to get gas, because my account is locked down. I tried to buy a fishing pole a Dicks Sporting Goods... Freedom First locked my account down because the Mall looks like fraud? Trying to get an early morning Uber to the Airport... Freedom First locked my account down and I missed my flights. There is no after hour support so after 5pm... good luck until 10am the next day. Calling 4 or 5 times a month to get it fixed results in 45 minute wait times where the automated system blames you for you long hold because because you didn't clearly state your problem. My card is locked down isn't an option. This is a trash business, stay far away.
