So I bought a jeep
Lies bout a lot of things
And test drove after having problems driving it said it was fine it’s not he’s a liar
Like the steering sucks
Had a day and half and couldn’t drive it for over a week and Brent refusing and refusing to fix it thinking it’s my job
It’s the dealerships
Having problem after problem
Can’t drive it properly and he refuses to fix it and I can’t appreciate it or respect a man who owns a business and can’t fix cars and expects me to do it or the work like it’s the dealerships job as it’s not mine and Brent is not a honest person I’ve been unhappy with him and he knows it I have recordings of talking to him lying about the vehicle
He sold idc if it’s as is I am disabled he lied I can sue him for doing so and I’ve told
Him and I told other people he’s a liar and he runs a business got mad than don’t screw me over and refuse to not help fix the car and lying to he’s costumers or telling them lol no! I won’t lie and they snitched I told them
Idc I spent 1k on a car that he screwed me over on
It’s not appreciated!!!!

Was looking at countless Chevy Silverados for the past year or longer for the right truck and the right person I could trust to buy from. My 2019 Silverado from Silverline fit the right truck and Jon fit the right person I believe to be the right person to buy from. Could not be more pleased. Thank you Jon and Silverline Automotive.

Bought a truck from them. 5 days later it started ticking real bad. Carried it to shop and lifters, camshaft, bad wheel bearing and axle is bad. Going to cost me additional 4.5k to repair. Got 45 day power train warranty and all the cover is $1250 of total cost. Never was told warranty had this limit. Very disappointed with dealer and warranty. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I contacted them about the issues I had and they responded just bad luck! Not the way to tray customers!

Do not buy from here they are not reliable my fiance looked at a suburban they had he test drove it and went through process of buying it.They told him to come back they would clean it up ,after he did all paperwork with his credit union and was approved .The next day went back to lot the salesman said,"Sorry but my manager sold it already.What ?So that was poor business dealing and my fiance got a better deal from a private owner and it was a Cadillac SUV.Thank you silver line for nothing lol

I have purchased two vehicles from Silverline Automotive and had a great experience both times. Mitch and Jon were both easy to work with and worked with me to find a car that was right for me and my family.
