First of all I must say the laundry mat was very clean, & inviting, I was wondering how I to use the machine card to load & wash after being told& shown I was getting ready to leave but I couldn’t cause Miranda made me feel very comfortable & she checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed as well as understood everything

Miranda was very friendly and extremely helpful. She explained the system, shared info about drop off services they offer, and kept checking on me to make sure I had everything I needed. The “Saturday morning crew” was very welcoming as well; a great experience during a such an inconvenient situation. Very much appreciated!!

Love that I do not have to lug a bag full of quarters to wash here. Love the double loaders. Love that it is 24/7. Thankful for Crystal who was so helpful.

Always very clean - I appreciate that.
I had a bit of a frustrating experience the last time just because so many of their machines don't work. They're usually labeled, but this time, I loaded all my laundry in a machine (wasn't labeled), didn't work. I took it all out, loaded it in another machine (that wasn't labeled), didn't work. I had to unload and load it all over again, a third time, just to get a machine that did work. I was on a tight schedule, too. It all worked out in the end, it was just a little annoying. We will still be coming back, though!

We were camping for an extended stay in Lynchburg and needed to do laundry. What a surprise to find when we arrived at Super Clean Laundry on Thursday, Senior Citizen discount day! Miranda helped us determine the price of dropping off our laundry for her to do. With the discount, we decided it was worth it to have the extra time rather than sitting and waiting on our wash to be done. It was such a treat to come back and find our clothes neatly folded and ready to put away in our camper. Miranda was very kind and welcoming. Next time we are in Lynchburg, we will certainly come back!

The self serve car wash refuses to state how much it actually is and just says minumum deposit $3. If they hide the price they are a rip-off.

Super clean is actually super clean!! Washers and dryers work great and Miranda was so nice and helpful!! Love that someone works here and can help! Best laundromat in town!

Used the self-serve car wash twice now. Pretty good except both times the wash bays were very dirty. So when you're washing your vehicle you're walking around in dirt and mud.
They do take debit cards so that's very nice.

My washer and dryer are on order but don’t get here until end of august or beginning of September😢 I was pleasantly surprised by this laundry mat. It is very clean and everything works as it should. Crystal helped me with using the machine to load money on their card. You need cash 20,10,5 are the denominations they take. Much better than feeding quarters in the machine! Crystal was very sweet and cleaned every minute she wasn’t helping someone!
