The gentleman that runs the fresh veggie stand is very knowledgeable about the area, the farms from where he gets his vegetables and has fairly decent pricing. Great place for fresh area grown veggies!

What to do with the Figs!!! Follow the recipe on the quick oatmeal bag, But, put a cup of figs into the water while you boil. Add oats, like on recipe, stir vigorously to get figs to dissolve. They are like raisons, but will melt more and flavor the whole oatmeal. Just be sure if you have little kids they do dissolve well. Add milk if you like.
