First I will say that our party is occupying 3 rooms in this establishment. We checked into our rooms in the early evening. The staff was friendly and helpful upon check in. Our group as a whole rate our rooms as clean, nothing broken or in disrepair, but all 3 rooms were a bit in the warm side. The temperature knob in my room was turned all the way down and the fan wasn't running. That next day management contacted me and were concerned that we weren't happy with our rooms. He promised that the units would be checked and when we returned, all our rooms were much cooler. My compliments to the management that they made the effort to correct the problem

Arrived around 11pm for a rest on a long car trip. Front desk agent was at the computer but took her good time finishing a text before looking up and greeting me. Room was clean and beds were comfortable but the garbage all around the property was quite off putting. Breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant was on top of keeping coffee & food hot and the breakfast area clean.

Went to try to stay here a couple of weeks ago, and it did not go well.
First, we asked for non smoking rooms. When we arrived on property and got checked into our first room, you could tell that someone had smoked inside the room. Went to the front desk and asked for a different room, grabbed a key card and went in, the second room smelled worse of cigarette smoke. Went back up to the front desk again and asked for yet another room, as my wife is allergic to cigarette smoke, and got a key card for the third room. Walked into the third room, to not only get greeted with yet more cigarette smoke, but roaches were crawling across the floor. I went back up to the desk, canceled our rooms, and went across the street to Hilton Hotel. For a place that is suppose to be non smoking, there sure seems to be a lot of smoking going on in the rooms. Would not recommend staying here.

Terrible experience herew when the cancelled my reservation because they refused my identification because i only have the photo on
My id and a paper form and the duplicate i applied for, along with a scanable barcode,,, its,,, they.
Noteworthy details: They do not like trans people here either,seemed to act different once he saw who I am

Had to stay here with a hotel voucher since I missed my connecting flight. The beds were clean. The tub was alittle questionable. Not sure if they’re planning on redoing some of the rooms since there was a bunch of construction things under one of the staircases by my room. Also upon leaving the room I seen this spot on the door I don’t know if somebody threw something at the door and it splattered.

The rooms looked real nice. And a large TV. But that tv kept losing signal. And well if you wanted the ac running you could not even hear it anyways. Not like the ac unit did much of anything. Old window unit. I said something at check out. The lady had a trainee name tag. Ignore the complaint.

This Best Western Battlefield Inn gave me the best experience that I could ask for because they treated me like family for the length of my stay there. Housekeeping was extremely prompt and thorough with their job. Breakfast was good and hot everyday. The hotel staff really were very very friendly and helpful to me and my family always ❤️. I will always remember them well for the great service that I have received at Best Western battlefield Inn Manassas Virginia.

Had a great time! Clean rooms, spotless linens. WiFi worked great. Every employee I spoke with was nice.
Rooms: Clean, quiet. Air conditioner worked really well. Towels and linens were spotless and plentiful.
Nearby activities: Smithsonian Hazy Air and Space Center is nearby.
Safety: Separate locked door for entering the courtyard before room door. Key card works for both. I saw regular police patrols through the hotel parking lot on several occasions.

Very old hotel, disappointing rooms. Booked 2 rooms for my family when our flight was cancelled, could not use one of the rooms because of the awful smell. The whole place should be rebuilt again. The AC is an old window unit that is very noisy. Really can’t say anything positive about it.
