When I met Patrick at the courthouse he introduced me -- in terms I could understand -- current changes in the expungement process. Once in the court room, he demonstrated an understanding of the current legal process concerning expungement and then successfully made the case for why my case should be expunged. This was completed on the heels of a prior attorney clearly irritating the judge by their demeanor and, as I perceived, lack of preparation. I am grateful to Patrick and the Dischley team for all their skill, preparation, and help. The team is top shelf.

Sometime a bad day can become a bad life unexpectedly. I’m a government worker that transport heavy equipment and part time airport luxury rideshare driver. My license can generate close to or above six figure. But this was all jeopardized with a reckless driving charge. If convicted and suspended my lifestyle would of went backwards to homelessness, a place I already knew before improving myself.
