Stopped in here last night, we go here often and have had great experiences but last night was totally different. The cashier was rude toward the gentleman in front of us and then when it came our time our youngest child asked her about a slice of pizza and she was very rude and nasty speaking toward her. As a parent I was not happy, and will do anything to report this lady. If you want to work and be a cashier then be polite and have respect toward your customers.

Everyone on here that says this store is racist isn’t wrong, & the disrespect I see being handed to customers is over the wall. Now I see the reason for new employees every few months, management cant keep someone they don’t care about smfh.

If I could I’d give this store NO STAR, I am a continuous buying costumer here strictly because the employees are respectful. But I have NEVER seen their management treat them with dignity. Everyday I’ve walked in this store it’s one after another of employees being mistreated or spoken badly to. And me being an ongoing customer here, I have had bad food/hair in my food & or cookies, I just haven’t had the heart to bring it abc to get my favorites in trouble..

Won't be returning or giving this place my money anytime soon. Went in like I do about any other day, I ordered the breakfast platter with sausage. The employee only gave me one piece, and every other time I have always gotten 2 pieces. But the fact of the matter is how she got rude with me about it.
Edit, reply to 711. It don't matter, I will not be returning to that store. Bridge is burnt.

Was excited to see these coffee and tea taps but they were all empty with no clear indication that all were empty until a worker finally saw us try a 5th one. Just a good stop for a quick snack bar, gas, and drink. Nothing more.

I'd give them negative stars if I could. Went in to purchase a tobacco product and the female cashier refused to accept my PASSPORT as a form of identification, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I'm 35 years old and have never once had an issue using a passport. Absolutely obsurd.

Stopped in to try the Raise the Roost chicken after seeing favorable reviews on YouTube. Needless to say, the chicken was very dry, as if it had been sitting out all day. Biscuit was overdone. I asked if there was any fresh Mac and cheese because what was already out looked dry. The lady put a bag in the microwave, then put some in a container for me. It was still cool, not even warm, when I opened it. Everyone was very friendly, they even threw in an extra wing for me (which was also dry) but the quality of the food was seriously lacking. I had gotten a chili cheese dog from here the day before, which was decent, not very hot. So I would say stick to drinks and prepackaged foods.

LOCATION. This is the closest gas station to Massanutten. We stopped here only to fill up on gas.ACCESS TO/FROM PUMPS. Given the layout of the road to/from Massanutten, this gas station is easier to access when leaving Massanutten rather than going in. Once in, there are multiple pumps that were relatively easy to access. It tends to be a busy station with cars accessing the pumps and the parking spots directly in front of the store. GAS PRICE. The price per gallon was competitive with prices that we had seen on our way to Massanutten from central Virginia. We did notice a station on Rte. 33 towards Harrisonburg that was 2-cents per gallon cheaper later on the same day. We didn't go into the store, but noticed a sign for "Raise the Roost", chicken and biscuits which are sold in the store.
