I went there to get a cashier’s check for car purchase and it was super smooth. I got it within 20 minutes. Everybody is super nice and it was great experience.

Horrible customer service. Standing inside the bank about 10 minutes before 5PM, the manager wouldn't let me open a business account because I didn't have an appointment. I even let him know that I needed the account open so, we could wire in $1M for real estate.I was basically told to leave, make an appointment, then come back tomorrow. It didn't matter how it would effect me. And he was nasty about it.It was a slim guy that I think was West Indian.If I lose my deal because of bad customer service, I might choose my other accounts and take them to another bank that believes in helping their customers.

Why is Capital One #Harassing my for payment on a 2019 30K #fraudulent account? She did not create the account in #Florida and is presently suffering and dying from End-Stage #Dimentia in #Hospice. Please explain this #ABUSE of corporate power and horrible behavior! Your Fraud department is a joke! Is this how you pay for your ELABORATE #Celebrity commercials, on the backs of the #Elderly with limited assets? I go to any other bank to get change and they simply give it to me first they didn’t want to give me change because I lost my ID but had my account number and routing number then I came back with ID and all and now they say they can do change for personal accounts only for business this place is full of it hope your staff gets it together because any other Capital one gives out change in BILLS had to go to atm and get change!
