I wish I asked for the ladies name but if I could give -5 stars I would. We walked into the store and she said “what” in such a rude tone. We said we were here to buy a few items but also wanted to get at least a few of my 10+ pandora rings cleaned. She said no and I asked why? She said because they only do it on weekdays as the store was empty and nobody was in there (now it’s obvious why). I said I work on weekdays so it would be impossible for me and she said “bummer.” I then showed her a ring we purchased at Disney that had a missing gem and she refused to help me with replacing the ring when I’ve had 0 issues before at other locations. I told her I bought it in March 2023 and she said unless I had the receipt she couldn’t help me. She was so nasty and rude and I will NEVER go back to this location. I have always had great experience with Pandora besides this one and after reading all the awful comments I am wondering why this awful woman is still working there. PLEASE let her go so customers don’t keep having these awful experiences and actually want to continue buying from Pandora. I also now have to go to another location to get my rings cleaned and hopefully will have better customer service to buy jewelry like I was planning to.

The only star was given for the sales lady who was very nice and helpful, the store manager was terrible. She wanted to see proof of my coupon I used for an online pick up, after seeing the stock in person and placing it online so I could use my coupon she proceeded to tell me the order would only be fulfilled if they have it in stock…which I had just seen the stock and was about to purchase in store but decided to use a coupon and do it online. She was on purpose making our transaction harder and asking questions that were not appropriate for anyone in retail especially a store manager to ask the customers. We will never shop in store at this location being treated the way we were after spending close to $200. Save yourselves the terrible experience and go to a different store or shop online. TERRIBLE store manager (Nila).

My daughter received a bracelet and a charm as a gift. She did not get a gift receipt but my mom give to her the original receipt, she went to the store today to make a exchange, she said a young nice lady help her, but because the exchange the manager( a hispanic heavy set lady, she don’t give the name… I’m hispanic and heavy set so no racist comment about her just try to identify her)have to approve it, but the manager was EXTREMELY INQUISITIVE AND RUDE.She ask my daughter who give to her, she said: a men? My daughter reply was her grandma and she said grand mother never know anything, then she said she can’t give A STORE CREDIT, how she can’t if she have the original receipt ( she have the same charm and she was indecisive wich one she want so she want to wait) then she try to push her to buy some bracelet clips and force her to buy the cleaning clothes because the price match.Also she said the charm it not supposed to go where she have it but didn’t explain how to put in the bracelet… My daughter is only 17, how she can treat, make that kind of question and push/ presure her to buy things? She is a teenager.I use to love to shop at this pandora but no more I will have to start order online, or look for a different store.

My sister and I went to this store yesterday to get a bracelet and some charms for her. The associate that helped us (~Bianca?) was very nice and welcoming. This was the first time for my sister, so Bianca took the time to show us different styles and answered every question we had. Everything went well until it was time to pay. Bianca had to reach out to a woman who I think was more of a manager level to help confirming something in the order, she asked her politely. The manager was dressed differently than everyone else, and I believe her name was Lena?. Anyway, this woman had a terrible attitude, came to Bianca right in front of us and spoke to her in a demeaning, rude way… she made comments like: Do you know that I am so and so? And so on. It made me feel so uncomfortable, and I could not understand why she thought it was ok to humiliate someone that way and she had no fear of doing it in front of a customer. I could tell the environment there was very toxic. I asked the manager to please have any corrective conversations in private and that I didn’t think what she was doing was ok. She disregarded my comment and started discussing a sale they had and that I got a free bracelet. This woman needs urgent coaching and training to treat more junior resources. Bianca was pretty much in tears and looked sad and overwhelmed. I’m going to refrain from shopping at this location because I can’t support this kind of behavior.

They refused my return due to location, although it was within the 30 day limit and in new packaging.

Went in to buy charms. The young girl named Christina I believe tried to convince me to buy holders instead. I decline. When I asked her will she clean my bracelet she told me it would take 5 minutes and I had to sit and wait for it. I waited and when she came back my bracelet looked the exact same. She didn’t clean it and appeared to have an attitude that I didn’t buy what she tried to convince me to buy. I go to another location and the woman said I could leave my bracelet and she actually cleaned it for me. Plus I got my charms for much cheaper.

I went in today for a bracelet cleaning. The store was not busy and two employees were free (without customers). The women said she was able to clean my bracelet because the store was not busy, she set up the entire station to do the cleaning. I took out my bracelet, and she said “oh no, that’s is going to take a while, I’m not doing that” and put away the cleaning supplies and told me to come back during the week. I told her I live far from the mall and work during the week. She shrugged and walked away to stand behind the jewelry case, and she just stood there without a customer. Poor customer service, she denied to do her job, I mean are the workers not paid to help the customers? She suggested I buy a whole new bracelet and charms so I wouldn’t have to get it cleaned, complete BS. Train your workers better or hire qualified employees.

I guess I should have read the reviews before going to this location... when I bought this necklace for my friend, obviously you're buying they're a bit nicer than when you return ? but she was so pushyI came back today Sat Feb, 11th 2023, to return it because my friend didn't like it. I went with the original receipt and this lady (didn't check on her name, but apparently she was a type of supervisor or Manager since the other girl asked her to sign in in the laptops they use, so she(the supervisor) ended up processing the return, when I gave her THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT, she still asked for the card I paid with, so I told her I did not have it right with me so she told me she needed it, so I went to my car to get it and when I came I realized that 4 digit on the receipt didn't coincide with the card I used (I will ask to my bank, not sure why) so I brought the card and she told me that was not the same card ending but I told her that was the card I used, so she said I WILL RETURN IT TO THE ORIGINAL CARD, so she could have done that in the very begging but yet she gave me an attitude and a hard time to return it. WHAT A SHAME, stupid way to make business. The fact that I returned one item doesn't mean I was going to come back and buy, I am a big spender in Pandora... but NEVER AT THIS LOCATION

I had a horrible experience with the Fair Oaks location, so I went to the Tysons one. Delilah was the person that helped me out and was extremely accommodating. Originally I was only there to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size, but I ended up buying a charm as well because of their great service.

Lady was very rude. Didn’t let us in but let many others in before us. Would not let us buy a gift for our mom because we were teenagers. I will take my business elsewhere where I am respected as a customer. Will not be coming back.

Yesterday 11-20-22 we went to Pandora,my Daughter wanted a ring, we had bought many things from Pandora before, but my experience on that place was awful, this Girl name Cristina M. Was very rude. Had not have that at a Pandora jewelry before. I did not wanted to get anything from there no more in fact I had more manners of course. So I left my 2 daughter there by them selves and left. So wen my daughter was paying she said Cristina also have them a bad actitud. If a person or employee don’t like people or is not a people person. She is working at the wrong place. Really disappointed.

I will NOT return to this location ever again. My younger sister is very soft spoken and I had to repeat over and over what kind of ring she would like. Christina acted like as if she was overwhelmed when me and my sister clearly said we wanted a PINK FLOWER RING. She was unprofessional and I have no clue how she was hired. Her tone was condescending and she made me feel uncomfortable to want to spend more. I came in with the expectation to start a whole new bracelet and my sister wanted earrings , a ring and a bracelet but we settled for one thing because we wanted to leave so badly. Christina M was terrible, if you ever walk in and see a light brown skinned female with a noticeable tattoo on her neck who happens to give you attitude I’m sure you have met Christina and you should run out.

Pandora is a rip off. The clasp on my bracelet broke and it was a gift, so needless to say, I didn't have a receipt. After spending a couple of hundred dollars on charms, I was told that I have to buy a new bracelet because they don't do repairs. Cheaper to go to a jeweler and have it fixed, then to spend $65 on a new bracelet.

This is not the first time I’m buying something from Pandora and specifically from Tyson’s Corner location. Every-time I have bad customer service. The employees are not very welcoming and are very rude. This time her name was Samantha. She was very rude and kept staring at me while I was looking at the bracelets, I really felt uncomfortable. And was very rude. I love pandora so much, but because of the customer service I will never buy from Tyson’s Corner again!
