This Is the 2nd time I went to this particular store and was not satisfied. How are they going to have advertisement in the store about rewards special and say they're not available until tomorrow? Then they don't speak or hardly understand English. I'm from Mechanicsville raised here, went to the local schools. This store is an embarrassment to Mechanicsville Virginia

Don't use this Store!!! Went in because of Sign advertising a product on sale right on Medowbridge Rd, I pulled in just for Deal, Daytime Manager told me "Too Bad" and when I asked why they are pulling cars in with false advertising she told me "We Forgot" asked when deal went off she said "3 days ago" Ask her for her name and she told me "You can't have my name" When I tried to look at another employees nametag she literally ripped the nametag OFF of the other employees chest!!! Then tells me "Now you can't have her name either!" Then tells me "I hope your day go's better from now on" and laughed!! I kinda feel it was racially motivated but can't be sure, But I do not recommended this store to anyone for any reason!! I have never been so insulted in my life and that manager obviously does not care at all how she treats regular paying 7 elleven Customers, Wouldn't look up from her phone the whole time either and acted like I wasn't even there, Truly pitiful service!!!

If I could give this no stars I would. The two women at the counter were so incredibly rude to every customer they encountered like we were annoying them. Rolling their eyes etc. I have never encountered such rude employees in my life. Do better 7/11

repeated a charge on my credit card 3 days later after it charged me before for same amount of money. mother has had lots of trouble with this location exclusively too for strange charges. if you come here use cash only.

Worse experience at a 711 in my life. Employees refused to give me owners or someone in a higher position information. I will find it out though and some how report my experience believe that. So please any help would be appreciated

Poor customer service. Purchased a soda. Went to my car and opened it and it was flat. Went back in and asked to exchange it. They refused because it would be a loss to them. I will never go there again!!!!!
