Great team here! Billy, Rae, Jeffrey and Lisa are friendly and made me feel likr I belonged from my first visit. It’s always clean and well kept. I enjoy going to the gym and I’ve met some terrific members, too!

Rae has the most amazing personality and customer service. Very knowledgeable and passionate about customers having a great experience. I recently came to this location because of the terrible service I received from the 9 mile road location. I never experienced planet fitness and wanted to start a new fitness journey with my family. Rae was the reason why my family joined the club and I am so happy we did. She made the difference in my personal experience compared to my first experience

Excellent customer service. I had doubts before I came to this location because of a bad experience at the nine mile location. But Rae put a smile on my face and made my doubts into motivation. She was very pleasant and sincere. Not once did I feel like just another customer….Thank you, Rae😁

Nice gym. Great staff! Ray is awesome she works her tail off to make sure the gym is always clean, the equipment is up to par and the members are happy.

Joined the Mechanicsville PF about 4 months ago. The place is clean, has 2 of almost everything, and the members are respectful and cool. Just please get a 2nd lat/deltoid fly machine.
Lisa signed me up and I had the self guided tour as she was working solo. Jacob and Billy are awesome too. Everyone whom I have seen working there always has a positive attitude and they keep the place running smooth and clean.

One guy started the bike 15 min. Nice facility, plenty of machines but I always taught floor exercises so with no one to show how machines work- I waited 15 min then left.

I love my gym! I was so nervous to start my gym journey 6 months ago, but I am loving it! Rae and Billy are so awesome; they are always working hard to keep the gym clean and stocked, equipment running, and they're so friendly every day! They are just two who get a special shout out, everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming!

The gym is very clean and has a substantial array of equipment available to choose from. The staff is also exemplary, everyone is very friendly and welcoming with both Rae and Jarmal being my personal favorites. Can’t wait to tell everyone about this spot, A+ 👌

Fair pricing and decent equipment, but this is the first gym I’ve ever seen without a single free weight bench press so three stars for that… will update this review if they get one.
