My husband and I recently purchased a car with the sales rep Mike, he was great! He was very attentive to us and he answered all of our questions. We also had help from John who was also amazing. We went to this specific Car N Go to get a car before our baby arrived. We originally wanted an explorer or a truck for a good and reasonable amount of money, the men we talked to SEEMED professional AT FIRST. After waiting 6-7 hours to even get talked to about a car, we finally got a decent 2018 ford escape. There was no problems while we were test driving it, John was the one who was with us during the test drive .. John ensured EVERYTHING was up to date on this car.. tires filed, coolant filled, gas filled, wiper fluid filled .. all the wonderful things you WOULDNT want to pay for after paying a arm and a leg for a new car .. RIGHT? Well not even 4 weeks later, this car has been nothing but issues! It stalled at a random gas station in 80 degree heat, directly in the sun .. we had our newborn baby with us and it sent me into a straight panic not knowing what’s going on with our car. We find out LATER the coolant was overfilled ON PURPOSE and the coolant ended up leaking all INSIDE the engine .. NOW we have to pay 2,500$ to even get the engine looked at and NOW we have to get an entire new engine. 2k that could’ve been spent on our baby is now being spent on a engine that was SUPPOSED to be good with NO problems. NOW, we’re stuck with a car that doesn’t even work! After calling Car N Go to confront this issue, they wanted nothing to do with it and changed the conversation immediately. Do NOT go to this Car N Go UNLESS you would like a messed up car that’s just been cleaned up a bit so they can get a quick buck.

Great experience. This was my 3rd car buying process and by far the best. Super informative and a genuine group of people. I 100% would refer anyone to them for buying a vehicle. Everyone involved is very helpful. They also do the little things without asking like washing the vehicle and filling the gas tank up. 10/10

UPDATE: haven’t had the car for 3 weeks & it wouldn’t start. Have to come out of pocket $1659 for a fuel pump . Do with that information what you will!

This location rocks! The gentleman who greeted us as soon as we walked in was courteous, knowledgeable and provided outstanding service to us with efficiency. I definitely recommend this location. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a rental.

Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, patient and made me feel like I was family. My salesman Troy answered all my questions and never made me feel pressured. To tell you I’m blessed would be an understatement!!!! With so so so many credit challenges for me to be able to walk away with any car is a blessing, but a car of this caliber is nothing short of a miracle.
