Had our Kia in for maintenance. Our experience: Expensive, I understand it's a dealership. $630 to diag a windshield wiper motor, order part and install. When we called to check on the vehicle, no one answered the service department, many many attempts were made. When someone did answer it was from the cashier office, they said part arrived, but didn't know when it would be installed and they'd have service call me back, that didn't happen. Next call we get they said the vehicle is ready. My wife picks it up and brings it home but says the wiper fluid doesn't come out. I filled the reservoir, which wasn't done as part of the $630, and noticed a tube not connected. I connect the tube and fluid starts coming out into the windshield like it should. They also left a screwdriver which was squeezed between the modeling at the hood. So needless to say I wasn't impressed with the service.

The service representative was very friendly and respectful. They explained every thing they recommended for my car in a clear manner. I was very pleased with the service department.

I have been with Hyman Kia since buying my car in 2017. Their service department is the best. The people are polite, courteous, patient, honest and extremely helpful. It is most important to me to trust the people who service your car and they have gained that trust with me.

I was very impressed with my time at Hyman Brothers Kia. They did an excellent job on my Kia forte, time spent in the waiting area was very short, all the questions I asked was answered to my satisfaction. Waiting area was nice and clean. I was able to listen to the technicians talk to other customers and they were very knowledgeable in the service of kia autos.

Sales is not existent! I guess business must be really good to completely ignore requests for assistance. Just glad there are other dealerships in the area.

I knew I wanted a new vehicle and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase, but I had no intentions of making that purchase the day I went to the dealership. After meeting with Bahree and looking at the KIA EV9 in the color I wanted, I fell in love. One thing led to another and I ended up purchasing the EV9. Bahree (Nissan Sales) and Maurice (Nissan Finance) took great care of me during my time spent at the dealership. I received excellent service and couldn’t be happier! This is the 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased from Hyman Bros. Kia and there’s a reason for that! Go and visit them and you won’t be disappointed.
