The handicapped motorized carts are badly in need of repairs, everytime I use one it randomly dies, and is very tricky to get started again, I told an employee about the problem but I don't know if anything was done about it because I had the same problem the next time I used a cart, the other problem I have is the carts are not near the door they are down past the Starbucks which makes it difficult to get to if you're in pain. It was very hard to get all the way down to one after my knee replacement.

It's cool but there's this homeless guy that posts up on the eastern most exit dressed like a skinny santa daily. It has actually become traumatic for my child because he screams for santa since he thinks that's him. I legitimately no longer go to this plaza for this reason.
