Sign says 3 for 8 in red bull , so I got 9 and they charged me 2 for 6 and I payed full price for the 9 th one (i even aked twice and showed sign and she agreed). Always wrong prices at this 7-11 and half the time they don't have fully stocked dog station or cigarettes. Waste of time to stop here and I live 2 steps from this place , always have to go to another one to get what I want or at right prices. I used to spend at least 150 a week half the time more at this store not including gas I get from here until they switched to Franchise . I'm just going to the next one from now on.

The morning manager and associate have terrible attitudes. I'm only giving it 2 stars, instead of one, because the other employees in the afternoon and evening are a lot more pleasant.

Then, I get a response to this review from the "owner," saying to go to their Bitly link to describe my reasoning behind the low review, but the link is not valid anymore, and the page is suspended.
Let's be serious. If you've been checking up on those reviews, you would've known that you have some tending to do to your external review page.

On multiple occasions, I havre been here to get gas after work, 1 a.m., and every single time I had to go to a different location due to the doors being locked. Thus, this is a major inconvenience because it says that they are 24 hours, which is false advertisement. Poor scheduling and there is never any note stating they are closed. Never will take my business there.

I (Frequently) go to this 711 convenience store often because it's walking distance from my job. It's more like a inconvenience store due to the poor customer service rude employee they have working the daytime shift. I come in and greet them with a "hey how y'all doing"regularly then I proceeded to give the short young lady my pick 3 lottery slip. I get completely ignored in the process. No response which is fine. I then ask her politely while she is still standing by the lottery machine "could you please insert the play slip twice" she then gives me a dirty look like she is bothered by my asking her to do her job, as if I'm an inconvenience towards her time. She then mumbles something under her breath to her employee which was something that had to been negative due to her body language, and dirty look. She hands me my tickets and says nothing as I pay for them and leave. Maybe she is just immature for that job and definitely unprofessional dealing in customer service. If she treats her regular customers regularly like this I can only imagine how she treats new customers. It's a pleasant location right across from Deer Park. My opinion they just need newer staff. I would not had made a big deal about it but I realize this occurs more often than usual with this employee that lacks common courtesy, and respect. If it continues I'm gonna contact corporate services. Good paying customers shouldn't have to deal with being treated poorly! DO NOT come to this location. Snacks that are expired! (Beef Jerky)They mark them down so they can be sold, and not discarded. I worked around this location for awhile now, and I stop in frequently. I see how they operate. I do not purchase anything from this store only lottery that's it. Corporate needs to take a further investigation within this 711 establishment its a crooked business.
