Very rude afr.am. Branch manager with wild unkempt knotted hair lied, was unprofessional and making decisions about my own money because I'm a Jamaican Rastafarian immigrant who happens to be an Ordained Minister of that Faith. As a part of our Baptismal Ceremony, we vow the Vow of the Nazarite as described in the Book of Numbers Chapter 6. It is an Holy Vow unto Almighty God not to cut or comb your hair "...let the locks of the hair of the head grow long..." The freedom of religion in this country is guaranteed in the Bill of Rights and also the tenets of one's religion is guaranteed again in the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution. ...Mostly, they don't like me or probably think I'm ugly and dirty...which is opposite...We're cleaner than most, if not all other religions. The csr's on the fraud protection line that I just talked to hung up on me! An absolute no-no as it relates to phone service jobs (I should know, I used to train customer service and call center reps for about 17 years with 4 different companies; 3 of which are Fortune 500 companies. I AM CLOSING MY 10+year CHECKING ACCOUNT AND THEIR BANK PNC VISA, I'M NOT GOING TO PAY. WHEN THEY SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS, MY ATTORNEY WILL MAKE THE AGENCY CANCEL THE DEBT...YOU WILL GET BURNED FOR BAD SERVICE. I HAVE ALREADY ADVISED 500+customers to close all accounts of any kind with PNC...WORD OF MOUTH IS BEST ADVERTISING!!! Sincerely Ihite Aswata Aswan, B.S., M.B.A.

This branch of PNC really helped out me a lot with getting set up when I moved to the Hampton Roads area. Eyerusalem is a fantastic employee, and was extremely patient and understanding of my particular circumstances. Eyerusalem was also very easy to reach when needed, which meant that my situation was solved quickly and smoothly. This alleviated a lot of stress I had when coming to the area.

What branch doesn’t have debit cards? Make it make sense. I’m over PNC, terrible service wherever I go

Chartway is better. I don’t feel valued as a customer here. Two forms of ID needed for a simple debit card print out is inconvenient. Not everyone has a passport or military ID. You’d think my birth certificate or SS card along with my drivers license would suffice but nope I have to wait 3 - 7 business days ?

Great bank but would be a plus if you were able to get your pay a day or 2 early like other banks instead of waiting until the day of your payday to get your paycheck. I just switched over from BBVA and every since the switch been having a hard time with enrolling in the online banking

Went one hour and a half to cash a check drawn on this bank . They would not cash because I didn't have a state issued identification. I had a ID card and birth certificate. The lady was rude and not helpful at all. Said this was not identification material. Wdf! Can't get to DMV to get ID. Very poor service and not understanding at all!

I tried to get some papers notarized there two days ago, and they declined it at that last minute. The employee said she could not do it because I was not the petitioner. I was irate over this since I was the respondent, and they told me that they could do it earlier that day. In the past they never declined me. Oh well..

I love this place. I belong to 2 credit unions and one local bank and had to get on an account with my aging mother. They bent over backwards assisting with paperwork, management and other issues that I would have had to reschedule at my CU. Their staff is the best and always ask if I need additional help. They even call me if any concerns arise. They do have a few policies that are out of the norm but they are for security reasons. If my branch was open on Saturdays they would get 5 stars.

I wouldn't come here if you actually want your business to be handled correctly. They will greet you with a smile and a warm welcome and then 3 weeks later you may find out the debit card you wanted cancelled due to losing it is still very much active. Or you may go through the drive thru hoping to make a quick transaction and end up spending your whole lunch break here even though you're the only person in line. It really sucks that this is the only branch in the area. The workers are friendly but as a long time PNC customer I'm just not impressed. I'd literally rather get up on a Saturday and travel to another location.

Worst bank around to be completely honest. Worst customer service and their policies are some of the most obscure I've come across. Just taking up space that could be used by a credit union that cares about it's customers
