I wish they would appreciate their clients more. I have been getting my lashes done for about a year, and have not missed one appointment until now. I got stuck at work and called before my appointment to let them know. I was told I would be charged the full amount of the service. I requested a waiver or reduction of the fee since this had not happened in a year. Instead of working with me, as a long time client, the shop decided to charge me $80, the full price of the service. I think this is egregious as there was no product used, and I called before the appointment so that the tech was not waiting for me. Sadly I’ve found another lash tech, more convenient, and hopefully more accommodating.

I have been going for the past two years. I have never cancelled any appointment and I have been flexible when I have been called to move my schedule due to technician’s personal issues. I have recommended multiple friends, colleagues, family members because I absolutely loved this place. However, for the first time in 2 years I had to call to reschedule my appointment as my flight was delayed and I was not going to make it in time. I was charged half of what I was going to pay for my lashes. I was very disappointed because I feel unappreciated as a client. I understand the technicians need to get paid but sometimes clients go through unfortunate circumstances and especially when I have never canceled any appointments. Yet, I have been accommodating to their needs and emergencies as any other human being. It doesn’t mean they do a bad job because they don’t. But appreciating your customers is as valuable as money.

I had to come back and change my review. I dont think the tech was the problem but more the extensions just not working for my eyes. Its been two weeks and i have no lashes left. They were fine for a few days but then i started having really bad pain and swelling where the extensions were lifting off my lash line and causing irritation. I was so careful with them and did everything i was supposed to, but based on what ive heard they were probably too heavy for my natural lashes. I had my lashes done by Cyinthia, and she was really nice. Ive never had lashes before and was worried i would end up with something too dramatic, but she gave me a look that was acceptable for my job. The salon is really clean and in a good area too. I'm never going to try extensions again and I'm really upset i basically threw away my money... but the experience made me appreciate what I have.

I'll be moving to this area in a few months and was hoping to find my new lash studio. Unfortunately I'll have to keep looking. My first time to this location and I was not welcomed, shown where to put my purse, tech did not introduce herself, and barely spoke to me during the session. (Basically just "open" "close") I was not given a mirror, asked if I liked them, or anything like that at the end. She was also super rough brushing my lashes over and per, I almost had to tell her to stop. And on top of that, I've never had so many extensions just fall out so fast (Not my real lashes, just the extensions) not sure if it was the glue they used or the tech. But I follow the instructions for even longer than recommended after getting them done. I don't get my lashes wet or around steam for a minimum of 48 hours. Yet I'll be needing my next fill early

Cinthia does a wonderful job. I love the shape and overall look. She takes her time and makes sure I have a nice fill on all my lashes.

Diane is so good with lashes.Ok it's me again so far I have had my lashes done and my 2 daughters have been there. Diane is really making us look like somebody she does a great job!!!!

I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I recently drove 2 hours each way to get my lashes done and showed up and Megan was first of all running late and said she couldn’t do my lashes because I had to book the removal and a fill when they never told me that in the first place… so I ended up driving 4 hours for her to not even do my lashes… TERRIBLE customer service do not waste your time here this place will be out of business soon for sure and they deserve it!
