Great job on my cats nails, paw, and butt shave. Fare prices and never had to wait so far for walk-in. Sake loved it.

We just moved here and are so happy we found the Grooming Gallery! Making appointments has been very easy. Prices are reasonable and he always has a great cut. Annabelle does such a great job with our dog.

Rae was absolutely incredible . She got my Great Pyrenees Odin looking amazing . He was a little stressed and she knew exactly how to handle him . Highly recommend Rae .

I’ve taken my fur baby here twice now! Both times I’ve had a great experience. He is a long haired Persian cat who spits up terrible hairballs. He also hates getting brushed and develops matts around his neck. They make sure to take their time with him and make sure he comes out looking beautiful. Also in this area they are very reasonably priced in terms of cat grooming!!

Never taking my dog here again, paid $90 just for them to shave him bald, our dog had a few knots but not much and we told him we were fine with it being short but not shaved, we dropped him off at 12 pm and was told he would be done around 4 pm and received a call at 1:30 pm that he was done, so they didn’t even try, they wanted a quick turn around for a quick buck, just shaved him from head to toe, I cold have done that myself for free. and they didn’t even bother calling us to ask, this place is a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves for calling themselves pet groomers. I do not recommend this business to anyone that loves their dogsEdit: your a terrible business, my pets coat was not bad you guys were lazy. And I dropped my dog off and for sure never said to shave my dog . We said to cut it short if you have to but never shave. The fact that you are lying and have failed to apologize and like to put the blame on others proves how unethical your business is

Took my dog for a grooming, tooth brush and nail grind. He loved it! It's not every place that I trust to take care of my dog but I knew he was in good hands. The staff loved him like their own. I would definitely suggest this be your place if you live in Newport News!

This is my go to groomer. The ladies are great and my baby always looks and smells fresh and clean. I know my dog can be a bit squirmy with hair and nail cutting but they do a great job!

I have an ornery old lady cat who is 18 and did not grow up getting regular nail trims. I don't trust just anyone with her, some might describe me as neurotic or even unreasonably cautious. That is fair, she is my life. I am very comfortable bringing her here. They are fast, kind and easygoing. She has never had any issues and it's affordable at that. Thanks again ladies for keeping her claws healthy, and keeping my hands from getting shredded!

Awesomeness!! Ask for Karen...she has been grooming my dogs for over 6 years now. All my dogs are rescues and have been totally pampered by Karen. Lambeau, our Bichon/Poodle mix, really connected with Karen and why not after his make over and spa session...spoiled rotten boy. She did the same with our Shih Tzu, Jerry, also a rescue. It would be hard to find a groomer with as much compassion, love of dogs, and talent, than Karen.

Cannot overstate how incredible and considerate these beautiful ladies are or how lucky this community is to have them! Every visit we're greeted warmly, details are discussed thoughtfully, and the pooches always come out perfectly manicured. We have two finicky elders, one big one small, and they're handled with loving care here every single time. Outstanding professional service worth every penny and second of the drive. Horrible customer service by front desk (is that the owner/manager) as I watched her be rude to other customers. My dog walked into the groomer, was put into our hands at pick up. Took him home and he could not move his rear legs at all. Took him to the emergency room and they said he somehow sustained a spinal injury between drop off and pick up. Facility said nothing happened. He is now getting spinal treatments. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. But the next grooming was the worst and they suggested he go elsewhere to get better cut. I guess that also means better service.- - -He NEVER had preexisting back issues. I have proof from his longtime vet. Adieu.

Had a great experience with this grooming place. Both of my dogs came out looking stylish. They were also pretty fast.My only complaint was that I thought the price I paid for my miniature schnauzer was a little high, higher than im used to and essentially the same price for my whoodle who is significantly bigger.Regardless, they did an awesome job, and we will most likely be back!
