My phone had laid on highway 460 for over an hour. It had been ran over for a unknown amount of times. It was completely destroyed and i had over 3000 photos from the past 8 years that samsung and spectrum couldn't recovered. They pieced together a shell of a phone and recovered every one of my photos to my new phone. Great job

Took my new Dell laptop which stopped working due to overheating. I have a service contract with Dell. They diagnosed the problem quickly. However, Dell told them not to repair it, so I had to send it to them instead...smh.

I've had the OEM screen protector for my Galaxy flips repaired before at other UBreakiFix locations. The employees have been friendly and accommodating.
THIS location is different. I dropped my phone off and was told at the time that there might be bubbles. What a red flag. A warning of the shoddy work to come. I wasn't expecting an entire side of the phone to be bubbled. When I asked the employee, whose name I did not get but who looked very scruffy and unprofessional and had a nose ring, If he could do it again, he flatly said "no" and then argued with me that he's human. I explained to him that this is no way to talk to somebody who is coming to you for a service. He didn't seem to care. He did give me a discount, but that was probably easier than making an effort. It also appears as though the screen wasn't even cleaned before the new screen protector was applied. Just really lazy work. He also said, "it's better than it was before." So that's okay?
For the record, I've never had a problem with bubbles under my screen protectors before at other locations after screen protector replacements. I would go somewhere else if you can, and if you're the manager and you read this... you have some work to do with your employees.
Edit to the "owner" - what I would like is my money back for this transaction, or a reinstallation of my screen protector by somebody who isn't so lazy and rude that they think they have no obligation to the customers they serve. You know there are a lot of people out there who need jobs, maybe this person doesn't need or want his enough and somebody else can do a better job.

Great work. Only issue was the receipt. I paid in full with my credit card. The first person who helped me said the receipt would show a balance due but not to worry about it. When I came to pick up my phone this other person told me I had a balance due. I had to prove I paid. This issue needs to be fixed.

I took my iPhone 12 Pro in because the lightening charging plug was not working all the time. The associate cleaned out the power for me and fixed the issue. He didn’t even charge me for the service. This is a very friendly, knowledgeable organization. Thank you for your help!
