Honestly I don’t know how they’re still in business, gotta be running some illegal operations there or something. If you can’t get your money back through PayPal, dispute it with your bank! They will get your money back, PayPal doesn’t help at all.

Don't ever shop here. They are unprofessional and rude. The person there rudely yelled at me as I came in to "get out the store!" As I was coming in with a smile. They clearly hate their job and take it out on the customers.

I have a lot also to say about this company and how they conduct business!! I have never had a store ship me my shoes so fast! I came here to read the reviews about this store since I blindly bought a pair of the New air max one big bubble from them.. lesson learned.. I’ll see how my experience goes first instead of just assuming my experience will be bad based on the reviews from other people.. I live up in Pennsylvania and I can’t say this enough..they shipped my shoes out fast.. placed the order sat.. they were on my porch waiting for me that weds. Thank you Creme321.. I’ll be buying more shoes from you in the near future

Absolute worst online shopping experience in years!! They cannot be reached unless complaint is filed through 3rd party. Do not be fooled by availability of physical stores. They will not help claiming online business is independent from them. After all the attempt, partial order showed up after 3+ weeks. It's unlikely I will receive rest of the order or refund as Paypal closed the case claiming they provided "tracking number." Shocking to see this type of business conduct in this age. Update will be made if there's any change of status.

This place gotta be some storefront scam! I ordered a pair of shoes 03-26-2023 and here it is 04-08-2023 and haven't heard nothing from them! I emailed them and they keep giving me the runaround...Don't ever buy from these scam artists!!

Made an order in November, hoping to get it in time for Christmas. Received my shoes December 27. Worse still, they didn’t have one pair of shoes. They did not refund them to me. I attempted to get my money back via PayPal but they finessed PP into denying my claim. BUYERS BEWARE. AVOID.

TRASH company- highly recommend you avoid.Paid $23 for EXPEDITED SHIPPING and there was finally movement after 3+ weeks. Had to call my bank and dispute. Huge headache and waste of time.Would give 0 stars if that was an option

Had a problem with an online order and called in. Frank went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Was able to fix things and get my order shipped even during the busy holiday season. Really appreciate the great customer service. Thanks again Frank!

Worst experience ever shopping. Avoid at all costs. Ordered and was not given tracking for over a monnth. Partial refund that didnt match totals of item. Glad I ordered from paypal as I will be protcted but I wouldnt trust these sheisters one bit. Terrible experience.

Decided to go to this store to see what they had, checked the hours beforehand and said that they were open. As soon as I opened the door, it was locked and there were clearly people inside. Waited a few seconds to see if I was going to be acknowledged and they completely ignored me. Unprofessional, never going back again.

Terrible buying experience. They say 7-10 business days to ship but that’s straight cap… its more like 3 weeks to a month and they don’t respond to emails. Do not give your money to this store ran by clowns and a dude name PUSHA T. Only thing he pushin is shipping delays.

Absolute garbage experience. Charged me $23 bucks for shipping and still, 12 days later, they haven’t shipped my order. I filed fraud charges with my bank. Do NOT order from this trash company. Awful customer service.
