Nicole Judd was my stylist and she did an excellent job matching my color and it came out beautiful! Also, she gave me the haircut I wanted and needed!! She is extremely talented in applying color and cutting curly hair! I am so thankful for her expertise and kind nature! Lastly, the message that came with hair washing was exceptional! Being new to the area, one day I went exploring and found this adorable neighborhood call Historic Occoquan. And after browsing through several shops and boutiques I found Good Hair Day Salon. I was warmly welcomed as soon as I stepped through the door. The owner was super extra sweet and she helped me make an appointment a couple weeks out with Joni. That appointment was just yesterday and I cannot find adequate words!! I have been highlighting my hair for decades. Joni understood exactly what I wanted and delivered the best results I have EVER had!! Saying THANK YOU JONI doesn’t seem enough. See you soon my new best ever wildly talented stylist!!!!!

Pam did a wonderful job on bringing my hair back to life! It’s been well over a year since I had the (much needed) professional touch. I didn’t want a lot taken off and wanted to have some layers. She knew exactly what I wanted and did it so fast! She was extremely friendly and has a wonderful, bubbly personality. I will definitely be going back!!!

I absolutely love this salon! The front desk staff are always so friendly, fun and welcoming. Katie is fantastic and has been doing my hair for years now. The team that helps with hair washing is fantastic and gives an excellent massage. I recommend this salon to everyone :)

I have been coming to A Good Day Hair Salon for years. I've seen Carli (now gone), Paula, and Kellie. I have gotten keratin treatments. Olaplex, highlights and lowlights, and updos for formal occasions. The service is exceptional. The prices are very competitive. There is excellent continuity between stylists if you need to switch for some reason. Kellie is, by far, the best stylist I've ever been to. She is also personable and charming, and most importantly, she listens! She provides excellent advice as well. She takes her time, but she doesn't keep you in the chair all day. I absolutely won't let anyone else touch my hair!

Amazing experience! Ashley is so sweet and talented and got my hair from super dry and dull to healthy, shiney, and gorgeous! We love our service we get at Good Hair Day! Paulina is the sweetest and so good at everything she does. I’ve gotten all of my favorite haircuts from her.
I’ve taken both of my children (2.5 and 4.5) as well and they were so well taken care of. Nicole made my 4 year old feel like a princess and so special, not to mention how old my daughter looked after she was done. And Ashley was so sweet with my youngest and made her feel so comfortable for her first full haircut.
We will continue to come back as long as we live here!
