Belton came to seal my driveway in June. He put down sand but didn't seal over it. I have black sand everywhere and grass growing through the cracks. I called and left a message, he never responded back. Money wasted fooling with him.

Terrible company. There blacks top doesn't last at all. Not a good black top company. They don't stand behind their work.

This is a fantastic company to do business with. I called and got a quote within 24 hours and then had a new driveway within 24 hours of that! Peter Wells is a super guy with lots of experience and his crew couldn't have been any nicer and more professional! I recommend them for all your asphalt work! Thank you to them for the fast turnaround and excellent work!

Had Pete Wells pave my driveway 5 years ago, and it has maintained perfectly. In fact, I've had several people compliment the quality of paving work. I was thoroughly impressed with Jordan's (and team) speed and quality of work with the equipment. Excellent job sealing it as well, since they paved it 5 years ago.

Wells paved our backyard pickleball court in Nov 2024. The owner communicated well regarding estimates, and possible paving dates . On the day of paving, the operations foreman David reviewed all and made sure I understood what they were going to do. The project was complicated because the had to move all their heavy equipment and materials down a small hill to get to the paving area. (another company refused to even give me a quote ). Long story short: the machine operators were highly skilled, and the final product fantastic. They nailed all the requirements I had for the project. They even made some very helpful landscaping with the excess dirt and cleaned up after themselves as well as expected.

I can’t speak to the quality of their work because I’ve never had them service our driveway. They did however pave my neighbors driveway and parked the trailer that carries their heavy equipment half in my yard. It caused irreparable damage to my yard and stripped the grass from the ground. No idea how I’ll fix this. I called them 3 times over a span of 3 weeks and never got a call back. I did however see one of their employees walk to my yard to inspect the damage after the first call I made the day after the damage happened. So clearly, the message got through to them, but zero followup on my end.
Zero stars for customer service and the way they treat other peoples property.
*EDITED TO ADD: since I can’t respond to the company’s response, I’m editing my initial review. I did try calling your office, three times, and explained my situation, three times, and was assured I would receive a call back. I did not get a single call back. Try reading a review in full before copy/pasting your generic response.

This company paved my driveway on April 27, 2023. Pete Wells Sr .had quoted me $5500 total for the entire job and agreed to the price. On the morning of the job he reneged and added $100 to the job to haul away the dirt, after we agreed he would spread it in the yard. It's unfortunate that he did that, I was satisfied up to that point. I would just note that the install crew did a good job. However, just beware of the business practices.

The owner, Peter Wells, came back out to my property, at my request, a second time, to revise the paving job I wanted done before the work commenced.
I agreed with his recommendation, and his paving team arrived the next morning to begin.
I personally spoke with each of the guys throughout the day, and was very impressed with their work ethic and experience. They also worked very well together.
I would definitely recommend this company for all of your paving needs.

The day after giving me a quote they started and finished my new driveway with lead into my new 3 car garage. Great quality work, the crew were at the job continuously despite the heat of the day and new asphalt. Would definitely use them again and recommend without reservation. Very pleased.

Pete and his crew were great! My new business had an old existing parking lot that was in desperate need of a fresh layer of asphalt. Their expertise in paving gave us the nicest parking lot in Sandston, VA!

Great service. Was getting my driveway done and it started raining. They finished the driveway in the rain, no surprise, they want to get paid. The next day they came back and made sure all was perfect. Amazed me. Also something super different to actually see the owner of the company out there working with his employees. Getting his hand dirty and all along with his guys. Don't see that much now days. But all together great service. Also got a good deal because me and some neighbors got ours done together.
