Sold me a 2011 ram truck didn't have it one month before engine light came on took it back .before I took it back I had it put on computer to print out what's wrong they tell me it has to get tuned up .from then on I had problems they so called fix problems with use splitting the bill cause now iam pass there warranty. Guess what engine light back on I take to get checked out it's same problem they claim they fixed but now I dig deep into problems to find out they sold a truck that they know had a bad engine they get there truck back today if I was you stay away If buy from them go straight to a dealer and get it checked out . Not only was the engine bad they stickers on the truck was for another car we had to fix that also they did a patch work to the front of the truck To pass inspection Come next year when I get the car inspected it won't pass because the way they wired the headlights and the way just 2 screws are holding in the headlights Please check your car's out fully taken to a dealership My suggestion stay away they dropped this truck down almost $5000 because I really liked it Now I see why they dropped the truck down so much and I still owe $17000 on this truck

They were very pleasant but the vehicle we received was a lemon. It didn’t run for a straight 30 days. I got tired of them half piecing it together and just said I was done. When a vehicle says sold as is pay attention I didn’t and now I am paying the price. Treat people as you want to be treated did not work here. Smh!!!!!!

I brought a good car from the but if u have a problem the owner is nasty and disrespectful. His salesman told me one thing- twice- and once I brought the car, turned out he lied and the had the nerve to say he didn't. As far as customer service and personal respect- I wouldn't recommend them. He was more humble b4 his expansion.

WORST DEALERSHIP , RAGGEDY CARS, TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE , 0 STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT RECOMMEND . TRASH COMPANY If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I purchased a 2010 Nissan Maxima from here Dec 2020 . In June I started having transmission issues, they fail to keep me updated on my vehicle as well as telling me it would be repaired in 2 days and now it’s two weeks . They fail to provide me a car while this is at their inconvenience to my time . I am a resident of Newport News and two hours from home . they are very rude and disrespectful in the office and Craig is the worst salesman and the owner is trash Bob Blankenship he likes to talk over his customers & tell them things they already know versus what is important. I am disgusted . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
