I stopped in late tonight and it's not my 1st time here, typically around this time whenever im in town and tonight there was a girl working whom I hadn't seen on any of my previous visits. The gentleman in front of me was getting some wraps when I got in line, the girl never asked for his ID, then it was my turn and she made it a point to ask for mine. So no big deal, I ran out to my car to get it and when I got back in she was ringing up 2 other guys at the register next to the one I was at and they also got wraps and she didn't ask for neither of their ID either.
Then when she came back to me she asked what was it I wanted when it was sitting on the counter right next to her, as if she forgot it all in the 15 seconds I went right out front and came back.
She was just really rude and it really just blew my mind she treated me that way.
Obviously it won't stop me from coming again since it's close to my friends house when I come down this way but just wow... I don't even like posting reviews but she really needs some customer service training or idk.
It's hard to say much when the color of my skin already allows for privilege(& things like this can be so polarizing) so i try to empathize and be kind to everyone but as someone whose introverted and doesn't speak much to begin with I just don't see what I could have done that made her act that way towards me, I just asked her how her night was going and she was just immediately unfriendly and singled me out. If there's video pull it for around 12:15am 7-18/7-19 and observe it for yourself. The world already is too divided to be acting this way. And as a woman myself we should be uplifting each other, celebrating our differences, and encouraging each other to do better, not whatever that was. Sad to have experienced something like this here in Pburg. Really.

If I could give 0 stars I would. None of the gas pumps take credit card and the place is disgusting.

ive been treated rudely to put it nicely by misinformed or even by the misled. but on my resent stop here for my daily stop at the nearest 7/11 at 10am or so to get a drink and doughnut or 2. but on this day i was treated by coming face to face with the rudest most disrespectful couple of 7/11 employees ive ever come across ever anywhere at any business place or time. i actually was unawhere that a couple of adults could receive joy in there hearts by joking on the misfortune of one person that i personally witnessed. i was sickened. i completely changed my mind and walked out disgusted. and just went home.i lost my appetite and i think for the new year ill skip that daily doughnut and drink break time. its a shame really. what made so many so full of hate? in a word, wow

Just had a great costumer experience at this store. The staff was very friendly and helpful to a disabled veteran and didn't even know it. I was having a painful episode and they helped me with ease and great attitudes.?

I go here all the time and have 7-Eleven rewards and I earn points to get free stuff and the employees are very nice

I stop at one particular7 Eleven every day for the great coffee they have.The coffee is always hot and the taste is awesome.

No gas but Google shows a price so must be recent. Go further down Crater and find better gas.

Dammit! Time for the ol' trusty default three star Yelp gas station check list: Good price? Who knows, I was here back in August of '21? But my uneducated guess is that if the gas tax in VA is 40+ cents a gallon less then in PA, I wager I got a good deal here so two thumbs up on this one. Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? No runs, no hits and no errors. Just a basic pump and run. Easy on/off to the highway/road of my choosing? Not too far off 95 for this one which is good but the pumps were quite crowded and the footprint of the store is small so you might have to a wait bit...I know I did. Human intervention needed? Thankfully, no. Three star gas station bliss achieved!!!
