I’m a little late posting this, but I want to thank Jenny and everyone who worked to get my hair done in record time on a Saturday walk in appointment! I really didn’t think I’d be getting my hair done for an event that night or for my July 4th Cowboy Carter Experience, but they made it happen! Thank you ladies❣️❣️❣️

Yes Jenny is a real nice lady she been down town for a good minute now and she do real good goddess braids and the 2 feed in braids real nice customer service when u go to ms Jenny's I love Jenny I can get all the different colors hair I want love it she earn 5 more star's from me

first of all very rude, they are so unprofessional and lie about how your hair length is not long enough to braid. they will play all in your head just to tell you they can’t do it. they also seem very annoyed by every new customer that comes in.

I went to get my hair braided into a Bob style and boy was I pleased with the outcome it complmented my features and face shape! It also made me look much younger than my age in a ? way I love my new look and yes I will be back and I referred another lady as well!

I am very disappointed in the service I received at this business. I was told over the phone that the price of 3 feed-in braids were $15 each and it was $10 to wash my hair which was fine and I agreed to that while traveling to this shop. I asked could I arrive at 2:00pm which the individual I spoke to on the phone stated was fine but to call her when I was on the way. I contacted her at 1:55pm to make sure it was fine for me to come in, which the individual while raising her voice stated, "I thought you were going to be here at 2:00pm, where are you!" I went ahead and walked in the shop which I felt unwelcome and greeted in a rude manner. I preceded to walk to the middle of the shop where two individuals were still talking and finally the individual I spoke with on the phone asked if I was the one who wanted the wash and 3 braids. When I took my hat off she immediately looked at my hair and became aggressive with me inquiring if that was my real hair and started talking in her language to the other two individuals in the shop. The individual preceded to tell me the style and wash would be $70 now due to me having thick hair. I didn't mind paying the price due to knowing I have very thick hair and told her that in a friendly manner. The individual yelled at Jenny to come do my hair. Jenny made me feel very comfortable while doing my hair and she made some conversation throughout the process. After Jenny finished I inquired about paying via "cashapp" and she pointed at the rude individual and stated I would have to pay her. I went to the individual and inquired again about paying via "cashapp". The individual mumbled under her breathe something about me paying via "cashapp" while speaking in her language to the two other individuals again. The individual then preceded engaging in her phone while I was standing there looking at her. After a moment of silence she began fussing about the fee "cashapp" has associated with them and stated I would be responsible for that (which I was going automatically add a couple extra dollars plus leave Jenny a tip). The individual continued to yell negative feelings about "cashapp" to the point that I actually went ahead and paid with cash which I had to use for other purposes. This business has the worse customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money giving to individuals who think you owe them something!!!!!!

Came in for Bohemian Box braids was very disappointed number one the braiders had an attitude about me asking for BOHO because it was alot of work. Purchased two packs of human hair and the hair was coming out, hair was looped in and my hair looked terrible. If you want regular box braids they are fine but boho braids they will waste your money and your hair looks like trash. So the braids looked like trash I spent $250 + hair $120 and hair looked horrible. Sorry if this salon is only good for regular braids and old stylseService: Braids
