Ryan was awesome. I stopped by after I tried to use touch up paint to fix a spot where a rock hit my front bumper. Ryan was so helpful and removed the touch up paint and even buffed it. Looks brand new. Ryan is a great asset to your business and I will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks again Ryan!!!!

If it wasn't for the gift card they gave me I would have given them a zero. As a provider in the area I understand COVID can make things difficult but my estmated time was consistently pushed further back, which lead to me spend more money on a rental car. When I arrived on the day they told me to pick up my car I found out it was finished but it was still at their Norfolk location. Also, I waited over 20min for the Regional manager to tell me my car was in Norfolk. He offered to pick up my car but I was so angry I went to the location myself
Good: 1) The front desk women was very professional and empathetic 2) I can tell the regional manager wanted to solve the situation 3) Gift card
Bad: 1) Overall probably one of the more frustrating transactions I ever had.

dropped my car off here after being in a collision. 5 star based on friendliness of staff, and the fact that they do text/call updates on the status of your vehicle (super nice for peace of mind).

Second visit to the shop for repairs (2 different vehicles). Made an appointment, showed up for the appointment only to get "I see that you made the appointment online but all of our technicians are at lunch can I reschedule you".

My service advisor was Alex Mears and from the moment of meeting him to the end result he was very pleasant. He explained the entire process of repairing my vehicle. I was sent updates as they went from one step to the next, I always knew what was happening to my vehicle as well as sending pictures. The staff are very pleasant and professional. My entire experience with Rick Hendrick was exemplary!!! I would highly recommend them if you're ever in need of any vehicle body repair.??

After getting backed into from the side, USAA referred me here. I had an appointment 2 days later, then just 2 days later I got my car back. Paint matched PERFECTLY. Everyone was very nice, the process was really smooth and all I had to do was drop off and pick up. The rim too! But I'm so glad my car is back to brand new again and WAY earlier than I expected!!! A+++++. I hightly recommend this place! THANK YOU!
