Wonderful, wonderful (salt of the earth) pedicure specialist but horrible, horrible work (too fast, drew blood, sloppy massage, choppy nail edges) on all my toe nails. Came home to remedy myself, will take a couple passes to get back to okay. I’m hesitant about pedicures, mostly because many places are focused on quantity not quality, and this was the prime example of why I’m leery about pedicures.

Had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Short wait, comfortable massage chairs, and technicians did great quality. Will definitely be back.

Got a nice spa pedicure and it turned out great! The lady working with me complimented me multiple times and kept a nice conversation going every once in a while.

Worst business and customer service!! This company is ran by horrible people. First, they talk badly about their customers in another language in front of the customer. They are discriminatory as to which customers they will provide services to. I would rate them a negative review, if it was an option. This company needs to close their doors. This is not the type of business the town of Purcellville needs. Please, think twice before paying for services here.

I'm reading all these terrible reviews and all I can do is share my own experience. I never get a manicure (not into them), but the pedicures are always great and they have new massage chairs. I've come here a dozen times at least and am always satisfied. They seem to have a stream of regulars that come often. It's my favorite nail salon in Pville.

They put gel polish on my dip nails and I got told my nails looked like duck nails multiple times. The guy was very rough and made me feel bad about getting what I wanted and kept pushing what he wanted. I rushed through it. It got to the point I felt uncomfortable to address my concerns about them so I just left. I came back and they redid it but made them so thin that 4 broke within days. I love getting my nails done but by far the worst experience in my 8 years of consistently getting my nails done.

This was my first time here and I found everyone so accommodating and kind. The man who did my nails was so precise and thorough which I've never seen before at a nail spa. Everyone interacted which I liked and I was made to feel like I was appreciated for being there.

Worst experience ever. Owner called me crazy after I expressed my dismay for my dip nails. I have been getting my nails done for close to 20 years. Dip nails have been a thing for the past 4 years, this establishment has no business offering this service.

DO NOT GO HERE. I walked out of here in complete tears just now, and I am now sitting at another place in town just to get my nails fixed. I had a full set of acrylics on and they got taken off with no question asked. Which I did not want! The lady would not listen when I told her each one of my nails was different shapes. She just kept getting harder and harder with my nails to the point I had to take away my hand it hurt so bad. I will never go back here again. Don’t wasn’t your time or money like I just did!

Very dissatisfied, I asked for a simple design and then halfway through she said she couldn't do it anymore so I just got simple French tips. She rushed them and I looked at the nails and they had smeared paint, paint from my previous acrilics and the tips were uneven!
