I will afford this dealer with the greatest compliment one can afford: An honest businessman and a good human being.
I spoke with Russell about purchasing a particular car, and he very quickly had it reserved and waiting for me. No worries about being it sold out from underneath me. Honest about the condition, I asked straight questions and got straight answers that matched up with what I saw.
Low dealership fee as well. I had to travel a considerable distance to get here, and even spending well over $100 on the transit, I could go there and back again and still be cheaper than other dealerships.
I’ve had the car for ~1 month as of writing this, and it’s been running like a dream. No major issues, and nothing unexpected from the profile and the particular car I got.
Processing was very quick, my own insurance was the slowest part, but Russell had the tags on my vehicle and ready to go basically as soon as I signed the paperwork.
Highly recommend. Russell is a businessman, but an honest one. He didn’t look to take advantage of me, and held to his word. A rarity, especially among dealerships.

This is by far the best dealership I have been to, and I've been to many. Some dealers have put a bad taste in my mouth, while this one took that away. The way that business is conducted here says it's a lot more than just a dealership, it's also a business of fine quality and care. Excellent pricing, vehicle quality and manners. Thank you so much for the refreshing experience.

Russ is Fantastic to work with. He has helped both myself and my extended family on both the buying and selling side on multiple transactions. You best bet is to check with h&h first if you are in the market to either buy or sell a car, you will not be disappointed!

WOW, we never thought buying a used car could be such a PLEASANT experience. It was an absolute pleasure working with H&H Used Cars in Purcellville VA. Russell gave us an honest deal and took care of everything for us, title, tags, etc. He took great care to make sure we got what we needed. Recently purchased a vehicle with H&H. Worked closely with Russ who really helped in every aspect of the transaction. After driving off the lot the car had issues, they addressed the issue quickly even though they did not have to. I highly recommend this dealership.
