I don't know what I would have done without the angel masquerading as the clerk at this travel center. Donna Jo not only showed me the DEF I needed but she carried the heavy jug AND she poured it into my RV! Having just turned 70 and having a frozen shoulder, I believe she was sent from heaven. Best Pilot experience ever!

We had to take our truck into the service shop. Let me tell you that everyone working there was so very nice and pleasant! The people in the office behind the desk and all of the mechanics in the shop as well. I made the comment to my husband that it was the friendliest people we've come across while being over the road, and he agreed.

I was at this pilot today and the power went out while I was in the shower I was made to come out of the shower I at least should have been able to finish my shower after all I was not given my points back for the inconvenience. I will never go to this place ever again

I got fuel and i told him i need recept for truck 782 and he couldn't find it and when he found it and he was so rude that old men idiot people ...i am not coming here again ...hope owners could see my reviews and talk to him

Just stopped right off the highway to do a gas fill up and grab a quick snack. It is located .2 miles off of interstate 81, super busy with truckers and cars, but three people at the desk made the check out quick and fast. Bathrooms are super clean lots of food is stocked inside the convenient store and there is a Wendy's fast food inside the location as well

This dude got mad because we parked in a reserved place but wast marked so how are we to know that it was reserved all the places that had reserved were marked except the one we parked at any ways this Ken here walks up to my husband and starts to scream at him telling him he's going to tow us next time that we knocked at our door one whole hour. You could have talked to us not come at us all mad to scream I mean we are paying customers but yeah last time we stop here so long Ken is working here.

Amazing! Beautiful stopping place while traveling or just need to fill the auto with fuel. Clean, bright & many food item choices to be had. Can't wait to travel that way again so I can go there again.

I stopped in for gas , donuts and coffee. This place was ran perfectly, place was easy to get to lines were short great employees and the donuts were fresher than a normal dd...hats off my friends. Nancy Chesapeake va

This the most unhealthy and dirty Pilot I’ve ever seen. 10:30a trash has not been collected. Trash bags laying every where including grassy areas. Staff not covering their faces. And two Men’s toilets backed up. DISGUSTING!

Swiped my card at the pump and got immediately hacked....stay away! Not sure what elaborate story is needed but do not use a credit card that you don't want to have reissued...
