I love this pharmacy! Prescriptions are always ready when they say they’ll be, or earlier. The staff is always respectful and helpful. I have a CVS much closer (I can walk to it), but I like the service and staff so much more at this Harris Teeter pharmacy. It’s worth getting in my car and driving there. I rarely wait to pick up a prescription. I love this pharmacy so much that I buy all my groceries there because I want to make sure the store stays in business - especially true, now that Whole Foods has opened a few blocks away.

I wish I had read the reviews before selecting this pharmacy, which I did because it was conveniently located. Picking up the prescription was easy and pleasant, but when I got home I noticed that the bottle had leaked through the bag and a good bit of the medication was gone. When we called to let them know, they told us they'd have to check with the person who filled the bottle to confirm whether they noticed anything wrong that would cause it to leak and IF that person did, we could get a refill. I wouldn't imagine that they would intentionally give us a defective bottle, so I can only assume they were implying that we were making up the story to get another bottle. There was more poor customer service after that part of the conversation, but the offense mentioned prior was enough for us to not return to this location.

My Rx Was not in stock so I had to go to another store - 20 minute drive when discharged from hospital. To make it easier I had a new Rx sent several weeks in advance. Whoops! It was put on Hold. And was still on hold when I went in to pick it up when I opened my last box that held 5 days. The Rx would be delivered in 5 days (Really, what time? What if the truck was in traffic? What if the warehouse might be short or not have room on the truck?) This pharmacist was quite rude, not even apologizing or suggesting what efforts we could make to avoid having to go out of our way the next time. The doctor says this is a month to month Rx depending on recovery course. But going down the road to another brand (2x the distance) looks wise.

I think the folks who work here are helpful and do their best to satisfy their customers. There may be one or two employees who are not like that but you find toast pretty much everywhere. Pharmacy is very professional and helpful.

The worst patient service I have ever experienced in more than 10 years.
Tonight the pharmacist, Lora, is holding my meds for more than 60 minutes.
Not complying with my urgent need..
I have never been treated so bad like that before...

This seems like a pretty standard Harris Teeter and a quality grocery store. They've got everything you could need to make any food you want, from a huge baking and spice aisle, a cheese monger to cheese you up, and much more. I was impressed by the hot options available from the buffet for you to pick for lunch. The cart situation is kinda wonky, like there's only one ramp to get to your car with a cart and it's not in front of the exit doors, and you have to take the cart back inside since the parking lot doesn't have any cart parking, which is annoying

I’d put a minus star if they had an option! The pharmacists over there are so rude. Specially the woman with short hair. They don’t care if you’re sick. They lost my prescription and didn’t want to give me another refill. Or even a few pills to wait until they fix their mistake. I have complained with the manager at Harrys Teeter but that didn’t help. Other pharmacies give you a couple of pills until the prescription is ready. They make you wait until the next day and I was sick! So rude! I’m changing to another pharmacy. This is the third time they have been rude to me. I usually don’t give bad reviews but they better know what kind of staff they have before it hurts their business even worse!

The absolute disgusting incompetency of this pharmacy lately has almost cost me my life. Please, I really recommend ANYWHERE ELSE. Giant, CVS, anywhere that isn't here. This place is a nightmare and I swear if I could sue for their negligence I would.

The rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered in my life. ( very manly looking, I’m being serious)She has been very unsavory to me for months now. I let her know that she was quite rude, had no bedside manner at being a Pharmacist and that she shouldn’t be a pharmacist .

Horrible service. They tell you one thing over the phone and when you get there it's another and they have no idea who or why they "said" that.Drove 1 hour and a half for nothing!The people that work here are just rude and unprofessional.

I echo the sentiments of others with regard to the older blond, Caucasian pharmacist. This woman has a particularly unpleasant demeanor and seems to receive some level of enjoyment in complicating the prescription process. This is the health CARE industry and she's OBVIOUSLY in the wrong field.
For years, I have filled prescriptions with this particular pharmacy location without issue but began encountering this woman end/early 2022/2023. Considering the complaints, I am quite surprised Harris Teeter keeps her on staff. I will be contacting their corporate office to file a formal complaint.

I called to transfer a medicine from CVS and the girl who picked up the phone was soooooo rude, she told me we won't help you, we are very busy , call CVS to deal with your medicine....they should hire people who really want to work and help others, DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!
