Since 2019, my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and her exceptional team for our home and auto insurance needs. Our journey with her office actually began in 1997, under her associate's firm, where Jennifer showcased her leadership and dedication by managing the office. It's rare to find someone as personable and committed as Jennifer. Throughout our years with her, she often invited clients, including us, to come by the office just to visit. This personal touch added a warmth to the insurance business that we've found missing elsewhere, especially now that we've moved out of the area and have become reliant on online AI-driven insurance services. Moving away and losing that direct, personal connection has only highlighted how exceptional Jennifer's service is. This is an amazing office. Jennifer and her staff always go the extra mile. Most recently, I had a 5 star experience with Alejandro Martinez who helped me to reduce my charges and also worked through some very complicated issues which involved more than one State Farm office since I live in two states! You will be so pleased at the rare and high level of customer service.

Jennifer was excellent - prompt, clear, and very very helpful. She advised us about all 3 insurance policies, which we took with her (auto, home, umbrella). And the price was better than other agencies we compared with - Geico and Hartford. We're very happy with her. And we hear she's also very good with claims, though thankfully we don't have that experience yet.
