I ordered several items on line but I had ISSUES with 3 I called customer service and told them one of my online order had the incorrect Size tag in my item meaning a 18/20 was attached to a 22/24 it was a clearance Final sale but this was not my fault!! The other items one was not as pictured so I was given a return code and I went all the way to Charlotte NC to Ashley Stewart on Ashley Drive to explain what happened ..The manager Fay D was rude she looked at my return and sad she would only return 2 items and she would not return my online problem no matter if customer service called she wasn't going to what a horrible Mother's Day and poor customer service after driving 2 hours there and back home in pain as well..My husband went back into the store only to find her ridiculing my name ..I was a store manager in customer service for over 35 years and I would never do a customer like that each manager has a right to treat Human being as they would want to be treated..This type behavior is hurting your business Ashley Stewart..Just because a manager has been with your company a long time dont allow them to treat your customers good paying ones badly..I had more shopping to do that day but because of this managers lack Of compassion I will not return to that location in Charlotte N.C. again ..Rules can be broken in Certain situations is $11.99 worth losing a customer who could have spent over $1000 !! But when a manager Fay D says it doesn't matter if customer service calls her she still will not honor even there requests it's a great concern for me..I have loved Ashley Stewart over the years Please don't let employees destroy a company you have worked so hard to build. .

If Zero stars was an option I would choose it! The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a retailer. I have never shopped at the store before, and now I see why. I drove an hour to return some items I ordered all for them to tell me I couldn't return it in store because of my method of payment. On top of that when I called to return the items by mail I was not informed about a $10 shipping fee. Lastly, I returned all the items and get a email about my return and one of the items is not on my return receipt! I WILL NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

So I drove 45 minutes to return items ordered online only to be told I had to ship the items I ordered back. I kept 2 items I liked and was trying to return the items that I didn't want to keep AND was going to purchase additional items but the return process is grueling and not custimer friendly so I elected to not purchase additional items. I liked the items I decided to keep but I won't be ordering anymore. It's to much of an inconvenience to return items and the store closest to me is 45 minutes away...not worth purchasing...not customer friendly.

Ashley Stewart bras and panties are not like the used to be. The material is cheaper and doesn't last. Material rips and tears easily. The underwire comes out of the bras. I hate that I have to find another store to shop because I've been getting my bras and panties here forever.

It was nice to be able to visit a brick and mortar store versus online shopping. The associates seemed friendly, but it was very apparent my daughters and I were being "watched". It's one thing to be racially or class profiled by other cultures, but very disappointing to be treated like that by our "own". I gave the review 3 stars because outside of the bad vibes and fakeness, the store and variety of clothing was nice. This was in White Oak Village in Henrico/Richmond area
