Very friendly staff and i am aware there is a new system…but after being the first one inside at opening, i slid 3 deposits under the plexi glass and just walked out 36 min later. need to bring back the overnight drop box it would likely help customers AND staff.

Very nice staff at this location. But they are only open from 10 to 4 and are removing the overnight drop box in a week. Only making it harder to do business with them.

This location has horrible customer service I needed to make a withdrawal to big to do at the atm and was told because of the funds still processing even though it was available in my account because I made a smaller withdrawal from the atm prior to going inside long story short I went to another location and was out with my large withdrawal in less than 10 mins definitely was stereotyped at the Patterson location

Waisted our time because one of their employees didn’t change the address.didn’t offer any temporary card when they accepted my request to send me a new card.
