I came in there last night dude was sitting I had asked him where the Ruwa braiding hair was at he told me but I asked did they have anything longer than a 24 inch he took a deep breath and said “ma’am that’s all we have” like I’m bothering him bro you literally sitting on your butt the whole time and got a attitude because I asked did you have anything longer I can’t tell in that cramp up store y’all don’t even have enough space to put up all the braiding hair you have most of them stuffed in boxes like I’m suppose to know I see why that parking lot was empty the hair palace down the street stealing y’all business and treat they customers much better I ask for help there they get up so quick and help you with a smile on their face y’all will be out of business soon I’m not worried about it lol

I placed an online order for 15 sparks nautical blue and 15 sparks red hot hair color. It took two weeks to be delivered and when it arrived everything had exploded and not one red hot came with it just a giant jumble of red like colors, NOT what I ordered at all. Run from this store

Entry way was blocked by stock. Could not find an employee for questions. Just left empty handed and went across the street to the new store behind the car wash. Not coming back.

This store never fails me, they keep up with current trends. Whether it be weave, wigs, or beauty products. I needed a 613 xtra long ponytail you kno for jus bein me & there it waz. Already had my frontal on jus walkin around undone, but they came through 4 me?♀️ thnx guys.
