I attempted to rent a Budget truck from here and my experience was TERRIBLE! I walked in and when I explained that I was there to pick up a truck I booked online, I got laughed at! The man working there kept tapping his temple and saying "people don't use this anymore", as if to say I was stupid. He repeated the same things over and over, saying that people just look at their screens and "don't think to use [their brain] anymore". I explained that I received an email confirmation and a text message confirmation and he said that means nothing. He did not try to work with me to try to come up with a solution and was very unprofessional and rude. I know that it isn't necessarily their fault that the truck I booked was unavailable, that the Budget website itself is at fault, however they had my email and phone number and could've contacted me to give me a heads up instead of me showing up at 8am on my moving day and then scrambling for another hour and a half trying to find another moving truck. They should have contacted me, or at the very least apologized for the confusion. Do NOT get a Budget truck here, go anywhere else!!!

The Carr’s were very polite and professional. If I ever need another truck this is the place to go. There prices are very reasonable and I’m greeted with a smile.

Purchased my budget rental from here and it ws such a pleasant experience. Though it took a little longer than usual it was a walk back on time. The lady was very nice telling us about the area even offering us coupons from the local paper to eat. It was so kind and honest and the whole dealing was honest. The truck ended up having a small gash in the tire we didn't see so check the tires too when you rent. It was fixed easily and free. Overall would rent from here again.

This is a small mom & pop gas station that also has truck rentals and does a limited amount of mechanical work. Really hard working people who do good work for fair prices.

This is a small mom & pop type gas station, and one of the few places remaining where you can get full service gas. If you prefer self serve, that is also available. Budget trucks can be rented there - I've seen it done many times and they do always top off the gas when the trucks are brought back. They are ALL topped off, so if you rent it there, it's topped off when you get it and they top it off when you come back. A lot of people think that because the needle hasn't moved off of full, they don't have to put gas in it - but gas was still used whether or not the needle moves, and it will be topped off.

Worst place for Budget ever! Avoid at all costs. If you think you can charge people money to fill a gas tank that was well above the full line then your crazy. I just recently dropped my truck off after filling the truck to full a few miles away and was charged over $12 for gas. Now if you want me to fill past the reserve then that's on you but that's terrible for your vehicle. That must have been the most expensive gallon of gas ever needless to say will never use them.

AVOID this business! Unorganized, this establishment could not honor a for a Budget truck rental reservation and just told me I was out of luck. No offer to help me find another location and accepted no responsibility for running out of inventory to honor my reservation.

Use them every time I need a rental truck. Nice to do business with real people, who work hard to please the customer. Can't rate high enough. They have gone above and beyond many times.
