Worst experience ever!!!! They took my car for a test drive didn’t say anything waited on the part for 6 hours and my husband is there and the guy didnt say anything to him I will never go here again absolute worst experience ever took a joy ride in my car waisting gas.So unprofessional who does that oh I fixed the car let me not say anything and drive it for 20 minutes no test drive last that long!!! Stay away from this mechanic all morning while on the phone with my husband I could here the guy complaining and saying I ain’t getting in a hurry for nobody I don’t care how long they have to wait several times I seen them hanging around just talking while my husband just sat there waiting!!! Rude rude rude!!!! And I still don’t know if my car is fixed 430$ later. Uhhhh I’m furious I’ve never met a group of people so inconsiderate and not polite!!!! And then u charged me 100$ for labor and it took u five mins to put the part in u stood around the rest of the day

Oil light came on, no brainer went to Colin's auto repair. He checked the oil, it needed 7 qts, & 2 filters. Always great service, affordable prices & parts are guaranteed. Professional & courteous. My go to HONEST NO HASSLE MECHANIC. THANKS!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been a customer for over 10 years and sadly/happily will never bring my vehicle back to this place ever again. On 08/08/25 I brought my car in to get the thermostat housing fixed that issue was fixed and my car was picked up 08/13/25 not even 5 minutes in my car the battery light comes on the dash. I immediately turned around went back to the shop notified them and they advised I drive it for a few days to see if it would recharge itself since they left my key fob in the car draining my battery. The next day my car locked up on me frying the alternator. I take my vehicle back to the shop text Colin no response call him he says he read the text and to get it towed in the tow truck company tried to make me pay $100 to bring it in. He confirms it’s the alternator and said his intern should have never gave me the advice to drive it. Even though the owner Colin admitted fault they still made me pay for labor for an issue his shop and his workers caused and they didn’t even fix the broken air intake box they damaged when doing the thermostat. This place has gone down hill and Colin is a horrible business owner!

Unorganized and unprofessional, no politeness. Sat in the office for twenty minutes without anyone knowing I was there. Then I had to make my present known. I think it would be a great auto shop, if he get those three things under his belt.

Poor customer service, slow workers, and they don’t care about their customers. Especially, Colin is the slowest person that I have seen in my life, he works very slow, he always talks on the phone, and he doesn’t follow what he says.
