  Went here to buy a dress shirt. Lady working here says I am not allowed to try them on. I asked how I'm supposed to buy it without knowing if it will fit. She eventually let me try 1 on, which did not fit. They had other options but was not allowed to try them on. Took my business to a different store.
  
  I'm amazed this business model works, when you can't even try clothes on and you can get the literal same exact brands and products at other stores for a fraction of the price.

  Nice, neat, clean, and organized! In today's world of online shopping, it was refreshingly nice to be able to feel the material and try on my shirt and shoes I wanted. 👞 Sales folks were super nice and helpful. I even got to test a couple colognes on the way to dinner--try doing that online!!

  Me and my girlfriend stepped into the store, we live in the area and frequently walk and shop at other stores in the mall, I have been in the market for new colognes for a little while, and came in to browse. I probably would have bought 2-3 scents today but was so thrown off by how absolutely rude the staff was in the perfume/cologne section I decided to take my business elsewhere. They talked to me as if I couldn’t afford what I was looking at, or almost as if they were better than me. A couple of them would yell at people for simply just spraying the scent over the counter. I understand that it may leave drops on the counter that need to be wiped, but the way they talked to people simply browsing what they had was a total turnoff. It was super disappointing. I’ve worked in retail for years and never talked to customers like that.

  Love, Love Dillard’s, clean, fresh, full of knowledgeable Associates who are so eager to assist. Love the Highend fashions and accessories. Lillie who works in Fragrances assisted me with my purchase. She was also knowledgeable about other fragrances and products in Dillards. She was so professional during my visit.

  Dillards is a wonderful department store. Reasonably priced and even better when there are sales. Don't understand why people don't come to Stony Point Fashion Park, easier to reach than Short Pump!

  The customer service is extremely poor and workers, including managers are extremely rude. Please go to the store on Broad Street instead.

  We were looking for a new fragrance today, and the associate (who was trying to be helpful) made several comments that were condescending. I am not sure she was even aware of it. When I mentioned a fragrance I liked, she made a face and said they did not carry that. She then asked if we purchased it at Marshalls. Needless to say, we are on our way to Macy's to look for a new fragrance.

  Last two visits have been met with pushy, confrontational and argumentative sales people. The latest, in the mens formal wear section, was Laurie. When I explained what I wanted was told that wasn't going to happen.
  
  Then decided to argue with me about her interpretation of charcoal gray being nearly indecipherable to the black. Even when I was trying to explain that it was too dark for the color that I was going for.
  
  Previous was another person in the men's shoe department that wanted to argue style and color matching to my tastes.
  
  Needless to say, I spent my money elsewhere, literally next door, with the most recent one costing them a potential $800 sale.
  
  Why are the employee's arguing with the customer over the stupidest things? Is there pressure from leadership to push a certain thing? In neither circumstance did the sales person want to listen to my preference and style.
  
  I think I'm done here. I don't need pushy, argumentative people, when I'm deciding to spend my money.

  Julee in the Children’s department is AMAZING! Very warm and welcoming and was just so sweet to me and my kids. Super helpful in finding what we were looking for as well as coordinates. She was very knowledgeable about the brands, the way they fit as well as the material.
  I highly recommend the children’s department at Dillards Stoney Point!
  The spring clothes are adorable! Just ask Julee!

  Went there for a suit for my wedding. Lori was a tremendous help. She has great taste and really helps you pick a style that fits. I was hesitant to go to a chain store to get a nice suit. I was thinking that maybe a local high-end fashion store would be better for my wedding gear. Dillards has an exceptional collection of top notch designer suits and accessories. They also have reasonable prices. My parents will be getting there wedding outfits there.
