My 10 year old friend loves this store. I do not. The staff is indifferent to the customers and the store itself is dirty. I will be back because I love her but not because this store is worth it.

Whenever I go here it says it opens at 9 a.m. well don't go there when they say their open because the employees won't open the door until almost 1030.

I was so excited receiving the news Dollar Tree was coming to our area. It's been a blessing to many of us. I'm a crafter I craft a lot. I met Shawn store manager dedicated. Glad she has staff I recall times she was the only person on staff she made it work never complained. As a retired banker having worked QA Quality Assurance in customer service. I hope the atmosphere doesn't change. Last week one evening the system shut down. One employee was outside rejoicing and announcing: " Y'all won't be shopping tonight" very rude. The store is there to provide a service and make money! Customer Service is key!
