Great service at the window, though it’s often quite slow due to being understaffed. Opened my account a month ago and am already closing it due to “instant” transfers taking days and then being hit with overdraft fees. That’s the kind of thing Bank of America was sued for years ago. I expected more from a local bank, but if they want to operate like it’s still 1996 I’ll go ahead and use any one of the numerous banks without predatory fees.

Terribly rude employees. Slow service. Stuck in the stone ages. Closed my account pretty quickly. The girl at the office on route 10 is mean and nasty. I think her name is Cheryl. Don't waste your time with this goofy bank.

Waited for 5 hours for a return call and then another 30 minutes in their drive through whole they cleaned their desk off. I miss the other Parham location. They actually cared about their customers and got things done.
