The store is cute, organized, and there are a lot of nice and good quality products. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful. However, after shopping today I am a bit disappointed to see some items that are sold on Temu are being sold by some vendors who are trying to pass it off as a handmade/refurbished item. I noticed this more commonly with their selection of bags, especially the knitted ones. Just make sure to do a quick search online before purchasing if that's important to you!

I asked for a receipt, and I was told I could only receive a receipt via email. So I had to give them my email address, which I didn't like, plus I never received the receipt!

Love the Lazy Daisy stores! They have many locations in Virginia. The Short Pump location has a great number of furniture pieces, clothing, jewelry, and home decor.

I would like give NO STARS if I could. I just had the worst customer experience from Rachel at Lazy Daisy. This has always been my go to store for quick gifts and home decor, but I will NO longer shop at this establishment. When I spoke with the manager she sided with the disrespectful young employee and said she must be having a "bad day". UNACCEPTABLE. Time to train your sales people on communication and customer service. I was humiliated at the way she handle the conversation in front of a store full of customers. There were a couple of customers who commented when she walked away and agreed she was very disrespectful. Do BETTER LAZY DAISY because you have lost me as a long time customer!
