Tim and Nathaniel were kind over the phone and in person. Came in to Leete today to get piece of metal in my tire causing a puncture patched. Dropped off the car at 8am and it was not on a lift until 1pm. Didn’t necessarily bother me as I was still at work for the day. Got a call from the gentleman at the front desk stating that the puncture was too close to the wall of the tire, and with my car being a Subaru with an all wheel drive system the stated that I needed to replace all 4 tires. Price for all 4 tires would come out to $1,000 at minimum or $1,200 at max. Asked them to take it off the lift, said that the tech who was working on my car left it on the lift and wouldn’t return until after lunch. Got it off the lift and found a shop within 10 miles who got it patched in 20 mins for $35. Either I’m screwed and my tire will be flat in a few days/weeks, or Leete’s business model is a money hungry one.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. The gentleman at the front desk is so kind, easy to talk to, and doesn't use jargon that can sometimes make things more confusing or intimidating. They work very fast and prices are great too. They're very honest people and you can tell by looking at their reviews. For an auto place to only have five 1-star reviews is unheard of and they seem to handle those well too with a lot of detail AND asking the customer to reach out again so they can offer more help or resolve any issues. Thank you to the Staples Mill's team for fixing my wife's car that was way overdue for several fixes. You have earned customers for life!

I love Nathaniel. He is very informative and very respectful. This place is phenomenal and very trustworthy. They won't overcharge you and do unnecessary repairs. Another place was going to charge me over $1300 to do what they did for a little over $500. Ladies come here. You can trust this establishment.

Very efficient, good communication, rotated the tires, performed a state inspection and changed the oil. Refilled the fluids, cleared the warning messages and car felt great when I got it back. Will definitely be back.

Everyone there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fair pricing compared to other mechanics and seemed honest about the work that needed to be done. So far the work they did has continued to work as it should. I would recommend them to others looking for fair and honest work on their vehicles.

Wonderful as usual. They noted I needed an inspection that was over a month due, that I didn’t notice. They always say you need this in awhile. I heard other people say how cheap it was and the services person telling someone where to go to get a tire because she didn’t have time to stay. She came back! That’s what happens when you are honest, care for the customer and reasonably priced! I always recommend Leetes. Nathaniel and Jason are very good!
