This company is a scam and the cars are no good i haven’t had my car 2 weeks and the steering wheel has fallen off. Also the engine fell through. Alex is extremely rude and is well aware of the issues with these cars. Please save your money and go somewhere else will add photos soon

Just got a nissan maxima there, great car, great payment options,service engine light came on. I returned car and they even gave me a loaner vehicle will bump this up to a 5 once i get car back with no issues. But i highly recommend this place

I had the same issue as the other reviews. The people at the dealership are not truthful. I drove off the dealership parking lot and the check engine light came on about half a mile down the road. Alex made sure he explained to me that once the car leaves the lot they are not responsible for anything because the car is sold as is. I purchased a Volvo convertible for my son's 18th birthday. I paid cash ? for this car from Maya Auto Sales. It has been about a month since I purchased the vehicle. My son has only driven the car for about 1 week because it stays in the mechanic shop.This car is a disaster. I have put almost $3,000 in this vehicle. This dealership is so careless about their customers. The car was dirty inside and the gas tank was on empty when I drove off the lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!

I called to ask questions before I drove over an hour to this place. The guy that answered the phone he sounded like he didn’t want to be there. He was taking another call and it was on speaker I wasn’t sure if he was talking to me or someone else and responded call before 5 and just hung up. Well i guess I won’t be buying a car from them

I was disappointed with the service and the misleading ads they had online ,had that they open at ,11 am but opened at 12:30. When guy got there he never asked if we needed help but jumped in a car with people who came after us and went on a test drive.

On the door it says they open at 11 monday - Saturday. I have been sitting outside the business since 11. Someone finally comes never opens the door or even said anything to me. He took somebody out for a test drive and still didn't say anything to me!!!!

Terrible customer service never go here !!! It is a big rip off it’s a big SCAM there cars are terrible and the people are very rude and they have terrible customer service they talked me into writing the first review told me what to say and everything just to end up treating me terrible, I even called them about the terrible car they sold me and they responded “It’s not my fault your crying” ....what type of business is this ?! There was some confusion at the beginning. This is a family company. The nephew of the owner works here, and he was assisting us. When we arrived for our appointment, he said he would be another hour. Frustrated and ready to leave, the owner stepped in and I couldn't have asked for a better person. He helped us find a great yet affordable vehicle. Even gave us a discount for the lack of service form the nephew. I greatly appreciate him making it right with us. If I were ever in need of another vehicle, I would consider this place again. Thanks Maya Auto Team
