I love metro I love the service but the lady with the glasses on was very unprofessional she didn't even look at my account I tried to explain my situation I was trying to get a phone she kept on telling me the phones not free I still had to pay for it and told me I couldn't add a line told me I had to wait a year for metro flex I was in a emergency situation. But she grab her phone walked off. I have been with the same service for 10 years never had a problem. Buy it's ok cause I found a way to switch my number to my old phone. I did it myself I am a tech wise.

They're supposed to close at 10 and i'm here at 7:50 and i have employees with the door locked giving me a dirty look telling me they're not open.Edit: i came here on tuesday which said closing time is 10.

I spent over 200 on a phone and couldn't get a hello when I spoke to the clerk. 1/26/2021 But the young lady was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful. You almost lost a customer if I didn't need a new phone that bad.
