Inefficient, poor communication, cheapest equipment

It has recently been impossible to get a hold of them for repairs. I’ve been leaving messages with different departments for weeks about a repair that my insurance needed more information about. They have not returned any of my messages or calls.
All I need them to do is to fill out a piece of paperwork. But my insurance is likely going to deny the repair because National Seating and Mobility isn’t doing their part with paperwork.

Have dealt with the National Seating & Mobility for years always with great service. This year has been a total Disappointment. Been forever trying to get a new mattress. Cannot get anyone to Answer messages via phone or text. I am being generous with two stars

I had an apt at 9 am to get new tires and castor wheels, something that doesn’t take us very long to do ourselves usually. We ended up waiting there 2 hours and 15 min with no updates until they were almost finished, the guy said the rims were hard to get off which I can understand but no update that whole time is crazy. The reason for the one star is because of the overall experience we have had total. I never got the correct back for my chair and they said they would bring it, my husband never got the right rims or breaks he ordered even after calling multiple times. We have even had a tech come to the house to fix something and he forgot his tools so he had to take the chair back to the office which meant we couldn’t go anywhere until he got back which was late on the evening. We just have never had a good experience and if I could give zero stars I would. It says they have won branch of the year , I would hate to see how bad the other ones are.

NSM has always been amazing! I’ve worked closely with both Lorrie and JJ and only have great things to say. Great communication, very friendly and easy to work with. JJ has always had a smile on his face and made every visit enjoyable and exciting for my daughter. Needing equipment and navigating this world isn’t always easy, but with NSM, they sure make it easier! Very highly recommend!!!

NSM was wonderful! I worked with Andy, Lori & Brittany to order a weigh scale lift for my son. They were professional and diligent on completing the request and the tracking order system kept us in the loop. On delivery day, John arrived and was friendly and personable, he was able to put the lift together and showed me how it worked and answered any questions I had.

I want to take this opportunity to comment on my personal experience as an actual client of National Seating and Mobility (NSM) Branch #099. The service I received from NSM was a wonderful experience in a very difficult time. They worked with me in partnership with my physician to obtain the best quality service and the proper equipment to meet my needs. It's very important to work together as a team to get the best results for my personal care. During my wait for my customized wheelchair and home hospital bed, I developed friendships with the staff at branch 099 as a result of my process of receiving my equipment. It was estimated to take about three months to receive my chair, it came on point. My bed came sooner! The delivery workers were kind, patient and professional as well. My bed was set up efficiently and I was taught how to maneuver and care for my chair with care and patience. The key is to work as a team with NSM so together with them you can face challenges that may arise with insurance and your physician office. I'm so glad I was referred to NSM. I'm currently working together with them to receive a new equipment piece, I'm confident, as before they will work with me on receiving my equipment as soon as possible. Your end result and experience will determine the outcome when it comes to success of receiving your much needed equipment. Partnering with NSM can be a terrific experience as it was for me!

Bryant came out today to set wheelchair. I give Bryant 10 Stars !! He had to make a few adjustments at setup!! He is very professional and patient! He took a lot of time to make sure I knew how to operate chair and how to break down to put it i. my SUV ?

They went above and beyond the call of duty! They were friendly. I was stranded & they did everything they could to get me transportation. They were fast and efficient while fixing my chair!

I am so incredibly appreciative of Ray. He took care of me in a kind and compassionate way. He listened to me and was responsive when I needed specific adjustments to my wheelchair. He has been patient through a long, drawn-out process and continues to be involved with my care even when it is not convenient and I don’t take that lightly.
