  Waste of money!!
  The woman who did my nails added way too much acrylic.They looked chunky and yucky. She added a top coat I didn't even want. And gave me the wrong shape. And she was working so fast that I didn't realize it was wrong before it was too late. Plus It's so bad that the paint started coming off before I even left the mall. She also used her drill too much, and it cut into my skin. I'm going to take these off and go to a real professional. Please don't waste your time!

  Child they can’t do nails here… I’m just going to stick to my normal nail salon and call it a day. They jacked up my feet. I told them forget it… the lady cut my nails different lengths and the polish was all over the place so I told her forget it and not to finish

  I wish i could give this place 0 stars. The oldest looking lady does not know what she is doing. Played in my feet for the entire time. I tried to walk her thru it and be patient and she just got worse and worse. She rushed thru my cuticles and i had to show her what to “clean”. I was originally gonna get gel but i said just paint them clear and i’ll be on my way. She continued to do whatever she was doing and ended up burning my pinky toe with the filing machine.

  This has to be the worst nail shop in the entire country! I was visiting Richmond from another state and needed my nails done. Huuuge mistake!! I have never seen.a nail tech do a fill in like this. Simply HORRIBLE! She didn't even know how to do a French tip let alone a gel fill in. She started doing the French tip and I told her to take it off. A hot mess. The polish was even worse!!!They were very nice people but they need to close the shop because people totally are wasting there money. When I left there I actually felt pity for them in a strange kinda of way. Don't know who in Richmond patronizes them to keep that place open.Awful just awful!

  The lady that did my toes doesnt know whats shes doing playing on my feet for a whole hour i asked for a french tip and she couldnt even get that right so i told her to just paint the whole toe since it seemed so hard for her and she messed that up to talking about $45 for this it wasnt even worth $45 for this paint job and she was jerking my feet around getting mad cus she had to keep going over my toes trynna do the french tip i will never spend my money here ever again yall need to do better or let that lady just be the at the desk cus this is just ridiculous i need my money back asap plus the gel fell off my toes ?

  It was not a terrible experience, however I was not pleased with the services rendered. The lady that did my pedi was in there alone, she was very nice although I was not happy with my pedicure. I get pedicures regularly so I’m sure there wasn’t a lot of dead skin however the lady barely scrubbed my feet. She didn’t massage my feet at all and let’s be honest, we pay for pedicures to get our feet rubbed! I didn’t get much at all out of that $32 +tip. I don’t recommend their services.

  I went in with my friend, and she did my friend's nails horrible, looks like some of the pictures, as she is doing the nails, she puts a brush, IN HER MOUTH, ? ? ? as I'm getting mine done, mind you shes done, my nails look way different than hers, still done ?, eyebrows are great but please don't go, talk to another friend and hers look like my friends and the pictures, not good

  It has been over a year that I was at Queen Nails. Their client service was terrible. The lady manager at that time did not have leadership skills when solving client complaints. My husband payed in advance to make my hand/feet nails and eyebrows. A lady was assigned to me. She had a lot of challenges with my nails and brows. When she used the wax to make my brows, she removed half of the hair of my right brow!!! Plus my skin was sore and red. I talked to the manager about it. She recommended that I use ice for my skin and to get a good eyebrow pencil until my brow grew back agsin. About my nails she said that she could not do anyting about it because they dedicated a long time with me. Imagine!!! Terrible!!! Do not go to that place anymore.

  got a manicure. If I can give 0 stars I would. I walked out. I was not going to pay. Terrible Job tried to charge me $40. They
  keep talking about me in a whole Korean. Not knowing that I have spoken Korean for the last 5 years. Don’t go. I promise you will be disappointed and bad service. Price on poster is $20 and charges me $42.33 after. I was not going to pay most definitely.

  Just wanted nails trimmed & a polish change. Nails were shorter on one hand & longer on the other. Polish is bumpy. Tech talked to another employee in another language. Won't go back!
