Called to have my broken down car towed. They said they would send someone in an hour and a half. Two and half hours later, nobody showed up. I tried to call them back multiple times, but nobody answered. I had to abandon my car and it was later towed by a company that charged me $325.

5 Stars! I cannot stress enough how much of a day-saver Jeremy was!!! Literally saved my whole afternoon when I unexpectedly got a flat tire. Jeremy was the most kind and extremely helpful person who could have been available to help me yesterday. Very incredible and above-and-beyond service. Thank you, Jeremy!!! I haven't used ATC before but if they're employees are anything like Jeremy, I know which company to call if I ever need their services again!

This place operates on a sleazy usury system of holding cars hostage for exorbitant towing fees & the police in Chesterfield back them. This industry needs reform.

they don't treat black people the way they treat white people. I'm a black professional with a home improvement company and a family and the way these people treated me is awful, I had to call the police, file stolen vehicle report. they at some point after ignoring my calls decided call back and at that time I had the police on the line and made it a three way call. it's recorded that they took my vehicle to the wrong. the guy was very rude and still gonna charge me for the
